Reviewed By martinamaraVery beautiful rooms, very clean. There is a pretty garden. The beach/sea is near. Very nice area, the main road of laganas is also near but you can't hear nothing from the road. Very friendly staff who will help anytime. The restaurant is also very nice and has delicious meals.

Must hotel sarakini is situated in an Ideal location ,just 500 metres from the sandy beach of Laganas's bay and just fifteen minutes walk from the Centre of Lagana.The hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with balconies, always clean and tidy .The reception is open 24 hours for any informations.Quests can relax by the pool with refreshments from the pool bar.

Δεν έχει καν ρεσεψιόν, παίρνεις τηλέφωνο ένα κινητό και έρχεται μια κυρία που δεν σου εξηγεί τίποτα για το ξενοδοχείο μόνο ότι χρεώνεται το Air-Condition (6€/μέρα) και ένας φόρος τουρισμού. (Φυσικά υπάρχει τρόπος να δουλεύει το air condition απλά με το κινητό σου, αλλά δεν είναι αυτό το θέμα) Βρώμικο δωμάτιο, βρώμικο μπάνιο, λερωμένα σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Τέσσερα βράδια εκεί δεν καθάρισε ποτέ κανείς δωμάτιο ούτε άλλαξαν πετσέτες. Κουρτίνες δεν έχει οπότε μόνο κλειστό παντζούρι (το οποίο και αυτό δεν κλείνει καλά, να φοβάσαι με σε κλέψουν κιόλας) ή σε βλέπουν οι απέναντι. Δεν έχει σαμπουνακια ή σαπουνακι να πλύνεις τα χέρια σου ρε αδερφέ, αλλά μπροστά στα υπόλοιπα αυτό ωχριά. Α και φυσικά το WiFi, το μοιράζεται το ξενοδοχείο με το Canabis Shop που γειτονεύει, ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ ΠΟΤΕ!

Amazing hotel and an incredible family
Reviewed By danicabassooMy friend and I stayed at this hotel in August 2021, and it was an incredible experience from the start to finish. Arrival - we were actually booked into another hotel and wasn’t originally meant to be staying here, but there were issues and we had to change where we were staying - obviously we were extremely stressed to be in a foreign country with no where to stay. We turned up and explained our situation and within minutes Julie had sorted everything for us and offered us a room! As they weren’t expecting us the room wasn’t quite ready so they offered us a cocktail whilst we waited! The rep then came and spoke with us and gave us a great deal at the hotel - 100 euros and this meant we could have breakfast everyday, unlimited drinks for 3 hours a day, unlimited use of the pool table, WiFi and more! For a 10 night stay this was a phenomenal price! Room - the room was good. It was a great size, plenty of room, and included a bathroom, balcony, fridge and kettle. The bathroom had the essentials - toilet, shower and sink. Most importantly the room had air con - you had to pay for this, but it was cheap and you expect to pay for that in most places. Facilities - the facilities were great, two good sized pools, plus a smaller one and a slide - the pools were very clean and we saw them being cleaned every evening - Carlo also cleaned the whole outside area down every evening. The hotel bar was great, food and drink was very reasonably priced and it was good! We made our way through the whole cocktail list and they were amazing!! An extra bonus was that they also have communal showers so on the last day, once we had checked out of our room we could still use the pool all day and then have a shower before we had to leave. The staff - the staff are the best bit about this hotel! Julie, Steve, Dora, Carlo and all the family and friends - thank you for a fantastic experience! They are incredibly friendly, always make conversation with you and always go above and beyond to help. The family’s children are just as wonderful and welcoming, it was an absolute pleasure to meet them, and their gorgeous puppy. The staff are always around so if you ever need anything it was is super easy to get hold of them and they will help you straight away. I felt very welcomed by all of the staff - they made us feel like part of the family. I would most definitely stay here again!

Reviewed By B1214IUantoniobMe and my girlfriend have been treated as non human being as the same owner of the venue argue and yell in inappropriate and unnecessary way in our second day of our Holliday. His reason were that we destroyed his bed sheets and towels with blood and they assumed that my girlfriend did bleed on the bed. We arrived so exited to be on the island after a long year of hard work. I did noticed the sheets a bit dirty but did not bother me and went to enjoy our deserved free time in a wonderful island with full of amazing people as is not our fist time in the here. The same owner called Yaniz sorry if I spelled wrong approach me when coming into the premises To collect something in the room yelling what did you do with my bed and myself after 2 days having a good time with amazing people in the island I did not get he was serous and myself with a friendly way say nothing why ? And he keep yelling to me do I laughing to you ? So I says could then explain me better please as I don’t understand what’s your problem ? He explained to me that we destroyed his sheets with blood and the bath towels were black and completely destroyed as from video of a prove that I possess. When I said the sheets were already dirty he went absolutely out of control and was all started as he yell at me to be a liar and he never would give to anyone a dirty sheets. After all he says to me that I have to pay 40€ for his new sheets and I did paid and did not provided a receipt for the payment to then continues yelling that he will now charge me even for the dust or I leave and to be the best idea for him as I was non welcome people as i did not respect his place ! After on further conversation asked the lady who is in the reception to provided proof of the bloody sheets and the destroyed towels the confirmed they were already discarded and collected form the locals rubbish services. They did not have any proof to shows us about his confirmation of blood everywhere and we decided to leave the premises as we were threat to pay even for dust we will cause with the use. Really unpleasant situation to who is about to start holidays.

Surrounded by a fully green beautiful garden the complex of the rooms is the best choice for someone who delights to stay in Laganas in a family like environment. The place is near markets and the central street of Laganas. The sea is about three minutes on foot. Our rooms beautifully decorated are equipped with fridge, kitchenette, a/c, flat tv screens.

Reviewed By johndD2990HBvery friendly personnel , they also cleaned , change the towels and bedding almost every day. you have free wifi , tv , bt they work only 50% of the time. also free refrigerator the bad part - many mosquitos (they do not have mosquitos ne), some type of flies , also we have seen some small spiders. the toiled moved when you sat on it , also around it's leg , it was not always wet and nasty, not cleaned , i think i have seen a worm moving also also they do not have termohane glass so you hear everything at night (party's , music ,italian idiots screming in the streets), my wife could not sleep so well and i could only sleep when i used my ear plugs

Near zante strip which is where all the restaurants, pubs and clubs and supermarkets are. Walking distance about 5 mins. Very nice people kind and helpful. Nice and clean with room service everyday in the morning and can be later in the day if you decide to have a lay in one time! ? Atms are in town too if you needed to take some money out of your card. The beach in down the road 2 min walk with restaurants on the beach. Easy to hire cars and quad bikes. The hosts at this hotel will give you any information you need. Little balcony’s in your rooms too so you can smoke outside or just chill outside in the sun. Smart TV is provided with Netflix and YouTube and all on there, easy to sign into your account and the wifi is very good too. Towels are provided for you with hand soap and a couple little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Must bring a charging adapter. Lovely and friendly hosts looking after you and helping you to really enjoy your holiday to the max. Will defo stay here again ! Thank you for a lovely time ! One I’ll never forget!

amazing hotel
Reviewed By mosuns2021Came from London with two other girls to stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was so clean, there was a smart tv, fast WIFI and beautiful views. The pool was so nice and the owner Dennis even nicer. He was always a phone call away if we needed anything and even after forgetting adapters and toothbrushes, Dennis went and got us new ones. All the staff there were so friendly and the breakfast was so delicious. Rooms were large and modern and we'd definitely go back again. Even had straighteners and blow dryers with free juice and water.
