Our property has 42 rooms and 4 bungalows in total. They're almost similar to each other. The different is the view. The Deluxe rooms has better view than the Superior rooms. GOOD Location!!
Reviewed By Mary LGreat hotel right on the beach with sunbeds. They own a cafe with delicious food (prices are slightly higher, but overlooking the sea). The location is close to the centre, a short bike or taxi ride to the night market. There are pubs and local eateries in the alley, but if you make a short walk out to the main road there are a big supermart and many restaurants. Good sleeping environment not noisy. Nice pool from which you can see the sea, sunbathe and swim. The simple, clean neat room is big. The sea view is very chill and the balcony has loungers to listen to the ocean waves. I went in the middle of the week with quite a few people, but that's why I felt relaxed and enjoyed it. everything is ok and going well. Friendly owner.

No care for customer’s safety and horrible communication
Reviewed By vladsavinExtremely bad client service and carelessness for people’s safety and health during the pandemic. Authorities in HCMC have recommended social distancing and restrict travel and this hotel considers ethical and normal to still charge in full under these conditions. They even said “don’t worry HCMC is doing well and come here and have a good holiday”. The “manager” expected to see my passport, my lease contract and a picture of my home in HCMC to analyze the case, without the slightest consideration for health and safety or travel precautions. Even after sending all these, I wasted more than a day on emails before they offered to postpone the booking under 12 months, then they changed their mind to before 6 months, only if I book within this week. Untrustworthy and horrible communication, with zero care for the customer’s needs or wellbeing and safety.

The bungalows are designed with an elegantly harmonious style. The window systems are ventilated letting the pleasant cooling sea breeze in. With 12 spacious elegant bungalows with well-favorably designed redwood furniture, modern facilities such as: air-cons, water heaters, cable TV, refrigerators and free wifi.
Nice cheap clean stay
Reviewed By travelbug1975_10Sunshine bungalows are tucked away off the main street which was a little more authentic than the main road with nice bars & restaurants, Pizza Oi was a good choice, Rabbit Hole Irish bar for drinks and on the main rd Hardys fresh bakery. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Flip flops, fan, air con & laundry service were provided, if you are on a Strict budget there are cheaper laundry services provided up the road ( half the price) We were in Bungalow 3 which lead down through a lovely path of plants which were well maintained and colourful, there was also a gate at the bottom that gave you quicker beach access about a 3 min walk. As there was nowhere to sunbathe we decided to use Blue Beach bar club which was a good choice and close by it was only 150,000 for all day access with sunbeds, umbrella, towels & a free drink and 50% off happy hours. The showers are not great in the bungalow so one day we decided to take advantage & shower also at Blue Beach club. Taxi from the airport is about 126,000. Some gym equipment is available in reception if you don't mind working out on show. Toiletries & Small hairdryer provided but I didn't use it to know how good it was!

They really care for guests and nothing is a bother, Kim is a wonderful host. Breakfast is included in the daily Tarif and is delicious. They have their own baker and bakery!! Excellent restaurants, street food, sports bars and cheeky pubs very close by. Took motorcycles down to the awesome cable car ??. The sunsets are breathtaking ☀️

Services: airport transfer, money exchange, tour desk, car and motorbike rental, same day laundry service. Tips: We would help to order local seafood from market with wholesaling price and you will be setting up a seafood BBQ party in Homestead restaurant by yourselves. Free shuttle bus to Sao Beach everyday. Starting : 1:00 PM , Returning: 5:00 PM (book in advance one day). Free airport transfer service.
Nice place for families
Reviewed By DTC90I visited here for 3 nights on my vacation in Phu Quoc. The resort was located near Ba Keo Beach (just 5 mins by walk). If you travel with family, this is good enough to enjoy a holiday with nice and comfortable room. Although I had some problem upon check in, i already enjoyed the stay here. The complimentary transportation of the resort will help your family save the budget. The management of the resort need to focus on the A/C system and the pool water.

Modern bungalows close to the beach
Reviewed By Happiness02219739855Stated here in October 2019. Had a great stay here the bungalows were modern and cleaned everyday whilst we were there. Fresh linen New towels toilet etc. You have tea and coffee in the rooms and have free water every day. They pool area was good although a little smaller than it looks on the pictures but big enough. Breakfast was ok for me they will cook omelettes or fried eggs for you and banana pancakes which were really good and there are some cereals and bread and jams. Also sometimes random things like salad and chips. They also do pho as well which my partner said was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the reception was manned 24 hrs. The only negatives were there aren't many Sun loungers and by that I mean about 5 but there wasn't many people staying there when we went so we never had a problem. And the door on my room when locked was a bit wobbly but there was always someone on the front desk anyway. A huge plus for us was that the hotel came and picked us up from the airport and took us back for free so that was really good. It's less than a 5.minute walk to the beach where there is a great beach bar called Joes as soon as you get into it and there are restaurants at the top of the rd. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Oh and they have about 3/4 dogs with one that looks a bit like a poodle who loved a fuss so that was a big plus for me lol.
