Reviewed By Clever-eyesI took my friends for lunch. Waiter was clearly disinterested with us, food orders were mixed up. The main course tasted flat and was obviously re heated food. Whatever happens, dont go to the washrooms. Totally filthy and full of cobwebs Good views of the lake

Wonderful tranquil setting, great suites for business stays, kind and courteous team, nice outdoor restaurant, and pool. What I particularly like is the business suite- there is a nice seating area, kitchenette, comfortable bedroom- all very modern in the new building. It is quiet and tranquil with a lovely garden. The hotel is shaped a bit like a square with a courtyard and pool in the middle.

Reviewed By travelkev00I fully agree with all other reviews, the Albertine is the best hotel in Beni with top notch rooms, reliable hot water (decent pressure) and good restaurant, bar and pool. It has crown cranes on its front lawns. Very often booked out for UN VIPs however.

The best I have experienced in Kisangani
Reviewed By pauldl1972I’ve stayed in several hotels in Kisangani and this is by far my favourite. Yes, it’s basic by European standards, but it is clean, very well maintained, comfortable, everything works, the food is good and the service friendly and efficient. Also, and very importantly, if feels safe. If you are expecting the Savoy or George V, then you will be disappointed (and you are probably deluded - this is Kisangani,DRC and it’s a City working hard to rebuild) If you are expecting somewhere to have a hot shower, good food and a comfortable, relaxed nights rest, then you will be pleasantly surprised. I shall stay here again and look forward to it.

Big far from the centre, nice staff, clean and safe
Reviewed By Foodies8883The place is lovely. Small studio apartments. Inside parking, clean rooms. Very safe. Quite overpriced though, but for Kinshasa standards it’s OK. I spent a month here. Bit noisy cause of the cleaners and the constructions and renovations around.

The hotel itself was a bit tired, bathrooms especially could do with a refurbishment. I did find our room quite difficult to navigate due to the amount of stairs.
