Nice hotel and excellent service
Reviewed By callawaytruckHad an oportunity to escape the big city and found this nice Hotel sorrounded by nature, hotel is located less than 2 hours from Bogota, we were greeted by Lorena on the front desk, it was noon when we arrived and check in is at 3:0 PM we were allowed to use the hotel facilities, an hour later Lorena came to the pool area to tell me that my room was ready Rooms are big and modern with a/c and security boxes, hotel is very clean with a nice restaurant looking over the mountains we had a perfect day with plenty of sun and great sevice, im coming back in October for sure.

Los duenos del hotel estan muy presentes y su atencion a todos los detalles se refleja en una estancia placentera para toda la familia o parejas o viajeros solos. La comida es ESPECTACULAR, deliciosa, fresca y preparada en casa! Me and my family arrived at 1h40am without announcement because we were coming from another place were we had to leave because of security issues. When we got to La Finestra, the owner opened and let us in without hesitation, he showed us to our room very warmly and told us to rest and we would figure out everything else the next day. He also told us no matter what time we would wake up breakfast would be ready for us! The room was clean, spacious and the place is a oasis of nature. The food is prepared in-house and is AMAZING and delicious. The breakfast is included and is more than generous and includes fresh juices and fruits. The menu for the rest of the day lunch and diner are delicious!

Reviewed By joventravelerYou can find a unique experience staying at this hotel, it is 1h30 drive from Bogotá. All the hotel is beautiful, it has the combination of comfort and nature in one. There is a coffee tour included in the stay, you learn all about the process from growing the seed to drinking the cup of coffee. The food is delicious. All the experience is wonderful.

Reviewed By Q9992WQkarenbEs un lugar encantador para compartir en pareja ya que cuenta con diferentes ambientes, la ubicación es excelente, la atención por parte del personal es muy oportuna y cálida, tiene parqueaderos, las tarifas y precios son justos y coherentes, cuentan con varias opciones de hospedaje los cuales brindan comodidad y se encuentran limpios y ordenados al igual que todas las áreas de Aviva, las instalaciones se encuentran en muy buenas condiciones, brindan una gran variedad de platos y bebidas, en conclusión recomiendo éste lugar, regresaría nuevamente sin dudarlo. ¡Excelente lugar y servicio!

Reviewed By daisy21988The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the birdwatching tour with Mauricio, who is so knowledgable and shared his books and binoculars with us. The tour was very comfortable and accessible since we just walked around the hotel property, but in 2 hours we saw dozens of varieties of birds! Sadly we had to do some work during our stay, but the internet was strong enough for streaming videos and we didn't have any issues. This is a perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway or to do some work from "home"! The only downside is, due to the location, there aren't other options for eating so we had all of our meals in the hotel. They have a great menu so it wasn't a problem but I was glad that we brought some snacks with us.

Reviewed By kander27Easy access to the Salt Cathedral and a lovely staff. Patricia at the front desk was helpful in organizing a taxi for me the next day to Bogota. And when a large group was coming in that night, she moved my room (upgraded!) to another part of the hotel that would be more quiet. Would recommend.
