Reviewed By Kim-AruheThe best aspect of Astuti is the people. They were so obliging, patient and helpful. Bintha helped us to plan a trip and helped with uploading appropriate apps. People were friendly and happy to chat and that wasn't all. The food was wonderful, the pool was a welcome respite from the heat, the artwork of Mr Astuti was interesting and varied and the garden was filled with tropical vines, flowers and herbs. It's quite a way from the city centre so it was restful and a bit cooler. I never did work out how to get a hot shower but it didn't really matter and my travel mate didn't have a problem in her room. Lemon grass, ginger and cinnamon tea will become a favourite when I get home. Delicious. Will always have fond memories of you and our stay.

The indonesian cusine is delicious applied to Western taste. Big rooms offer plenty of room and safe haven feeling in case you feel like you need it. :-)

Reviewed By Dayana JNous avons passé 3 nuits au Opak village où tout était génial: la chambre était soigneusement décorée et d'une propreté irréprochable, la salle de bain était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner local est délicieux et varié. Quant aux hôtes, c'est une famille d'une gentillesse extrême, toujours aux petits soins et prêts à aider. L'établissement se trouve assez près du centre ville où ils peuvent vous déposer en voiture ou si vous vous préférez ils peuvent vous prêter un scooter. Il y a également une belle forêt de pins assez proche avec un point de vue magnifique qu'ils nous ont fait découvrir. Je ne peux que vous encourager à le découvrir!

Reviewed By 27dds72Travelling with my two daughters, we were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. We felt safe in our two bedroom “house” which was spacious, simple, pretty and clean. The owner and his wife are very kind. The food is good and the view is beautiful. I recommend it, perfect for a couple and 3 kids.

Reviewed By Agata SThis is a family business. Rooms are very nice, big enough and clean. The food (we had breakfasts and one lunch) is really good. It is home made by the Mum of the owner. The owner itself is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Happy to help with everything - transport, food and trip organization. We went with them on the Boroburur and Parambanan trip and it was great and comfortable. And the price was good as well. The owners really try to make everything what they can to make you fill welcome and happy. The location is a little bit outside of from the city center. But you can easy get there by taxi. And the host will definitely recommend you some nice places to go (restaurants, shops etc).

Not worth the value
Reviewed By Michael VFirst I booked directly and ended up paying way more a night then when booking through the internet. Upon check-in the whole place feels neglected. To entrance door to the bungalow is very low so you need to stoop every time you walk through it. Bumped my head more then once. The staff did not show us around the room nor explained any of the amenities available. There is no AC. The ricefield view is spoiled by the motorcycles of the farmers parking right in front of the back terrace. The electric outlets are hard to reach (ceiling hight or floor hight) but they give you a cheap extension to plug in your electric devices {cfr picture). The stairs to go down the bungalow or down to the bathroom are precarious. The call for prayer could be next to your bed for all you know (not the fault of yabbiekayu). Catering is expensive. For 890.000 rupiah a night (covid time) I will not be coming back here.

Pour arrivé dans la chambre , ne pas avoir le vertige, un escalier sans rampe avec un vide de plusieurs mètres, Interdit aux enfants ou personnes agées. Tripatvisor , dans Info pratique signale dans équipements de la chambre... COIN SALON, un vieux fauteuil crado traîne dans un coin... Cafetière/théière : pas vu Minibar : pas vu Penderie : pas vu Kitchenette : pas vu Lits extra longs : peut être pour les Indo lol... Produits de toilette gratuits : pas vu Baignoire/douche : uniquement douche a l´eau froide La vue sur une rivière , boffff.... il vaux mieux ne pas se baigner Canoe, je me demande ou ? entre las rochers ou les plastiques ? Bref, un endroit qui aurait pu être bien si les chiens d´en face se taisent la nuit, si la vérité était indiqué dans les infos pratique et non des mensonges... très déçu de cet endroit, qui pourtant avait l´air attrayant ...

Reviewed By Niladri BExcellent resort with small size but the people having really big hearts... excellent pool size rooms... canteen people always ready to provide you everything possible and available with them.. rooms are big... a bit old but clean... no worries from the basic amenities like bathroom, ac, water, toiletries.. not really on the city center, but in 20mins to there.
