Eröffnung November 2020: Im Westen von Augsburg entsteht gerade das Hotel einsmehr - das erste Inklusionshotel in Augsburg. Etwa die Hälfte unserer Mitarbeiter haben ein Handicap und gerade deshalb achten wir auf die kleinen persönlichen Dinge - Dinge die Ihren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem machen. Ob Sie Augsburg an einem Wochenende erkunden, auf Geschäftsreise sind oder einen längeren Aufenthalt planen, ob allein, zu zweit, mit Familien oder Kollegen - im einsmehr sind Sie MEHR als willkommen! Location Nähe Uniklinik. Das Hotel einsmehr im Westhouse liegt im Augsburger Stadtteil Kriegshaber. Die Distanz zur Innenstadt und zur Autobahn A8 beträgt je ca. 5 km. The manager and staff were very helpful in all regards The place is locatd in a residential area and the tram takes just 6/7 minutes to the center . Also : Augsburg is much more interesting than I expected… loved it !

Reviewed By thomaslC961NKZimmer - genauer Schlafzimmer - sehr schön eingerichtet. Toll. Dann der Gang ins Bad. 80er Jahre. Alte Duschkabine, entsprechend mit Schmutz und Kalk. Heizkörper nicht mehr gestrichen. Das geht gar nicht und passt nicht zum Designanspruch.

Reviewed By MstaffsAugsburg isn't the cheapest place in the world but the hostel/hotel was just what we expected the beds were clean and the rooms were spacious!!! The staff are the selling point as they are very accommodating and friendly it's a good location to the main square as well!!!

Unbelievably rude receptionist/supposed Manager "Andrea" on our arrival
Reviewed By Macerata1We were given the wrong address on our confirmation via the phone as 1 Landsberger Strasse not 48. When we told the receptionist she was not interested and told us we were wrong despite showing her the confirmation on the phone numerous times. We were trying to get her to acknowledge the problem so that others would not have the same experience looking for the hotel, she wasn't remotely interested. She even called another waitress and waiter over to discuss the situation with them? Neither of whom could help the situation as their English was really basic. No smile, no apology- she should not be working on reception let alone purport to being the manager. I mentioned to the waiter who came downstairs to the underground car park to check on us-that I would be speaking to the owner about her. Amazingly when we returned from trying to find a place to eat , he was at reception . Mr Ilir Seferi was not at all helpful and was did not understand why I wanted to complain about this member of staff, who was standing in the background whilst I was talking to him( despite me asking to speak to him in private) I have stayed in a great number of hotels worldwide and never experienced an attitude like this from a receptionist or the owner- disgraceful. He told us we could have phoned to get the address of the hotel! Andrea features in all their publicity, brochures etc as though she is "part of the family". She does not understand English and thanked me for telling her she was the rudest receptionist I had ever come across, before telling me " her English was not perfect BUT we were in Germany!!!!!!" The staff here do not speak/understand English so forget about asking for advice or trying to complain. An absolutely appalling place, with only 2 small towels in the room despite it being booked as a double for 2 people.

lovely "vintage" hotel
Reviewed By cliff932Built in 1966, this place definitely had vintage vibe to it and not in a run-down, tired way, far from it. You could tell from the little things like doors, windows, decor, but everything had been well taken care of and preserved. The place was immaculate! The staff were very helpful and friendly!! It's located about 1/2block away from a tram line that will get you to the extremely charming center.

Uncomfortable Stay
Reviewed By empee3We stayed here for one night without opting for the breakfast. We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the Autobahn and the good reviews on a hotel booking site. The reception at the hotel was very nice and friendly. But the room was not so good as all three beds were screaking. Bed mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. Also, our conversations were apparently heard from the neighboring room as our neighbors were pounding the wall to alert us. Power outlets were scarce and were located in difficult to use places. Overall, our experience was not so good, although the room was very clean and the lady at the reception was helpful and friendly. Sleep quality does matter too.

Reviewed By snakeyaidDie Karte ist nicht Standard, mit Bauernteller oder Kretateller, sondern bietet viele leckere Dinge, die man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann, was sehr viel Möglichkeiten eröffnet. Es gibt natürlich die klassischen Gerichte auch aber eben darüberhinaus noch mehr. Wir waren zu fünft und haben sehr lecker gegessen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Gutes Essen, guter Service, was will man mehr.

Reviewed By Robin PProblems: 1. Had to pay on arrival - hardly normal. 2. Stayed twice for a night each time, 3 weeks apart, in August 2018 (Room 220). The room was not cleaned between visits - a large spider on the wall was till there . 3. Bracket holding shower nozzle broke as soon as I touched it. 4. No shelf space in bathroom. 5. No proper light in the room. 6. Staff appeared unfriendly and whilst they did not speak English, a smile would not have gone amiss. 7. Restaurant was closed in the evening, for our first visit, which we had not been warned about. 8. Breakfast was barely adequate and the scrambled egg ran out and was not refreshed. 9, To be fair, on our second visit, we did eat at the restaurant, and the meal I had was excellent.
