Reviewed By Ivan SPer un turista questo albergo è perfetto perché la sua posizione è perfetta. Alle spalle del Palazzo Ibrahim e a due passi dal centro. Le camere sono spaziose, con presenza di bollitore, acqua calda e wifi funzionante.

Reviewed By urShadowPositives: - The cooling of the AC was good. - Washroom size was good and drainage was working fine. - Soundproofing of the room was poor but due to the location of the room, we didn't hear much noise thus we had a peaceful sleep. - We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime. - We didn't have to wait much for the lifts. - Free parking was available inside the hotel. - There was a big open sandy area inside the hotel where children can play. - There were malls and supermarkets within walking distance. Negatives: - The receptionist took a long time to arrange the rooms for us, as per him his manager did double booking and that the whole hotel was full. This is not what the guest would like to hear when you enter the hotel after driving for 4-5 hrs. - The hotel building looked old and our floor had a smell of smoking. - Rooms were small with queen size small beds. - The batteries of AC remote were missing thus I took out batteries of TV remote to use AC remote. - I lost the key for the room thus I contacted the reception, they said they didn't have an extra key because the hotel is full but they would open the room for me. Next day I again requested for another key, they provided but the key didn't work, I had to visit reception 3 times again and again but the key didn't work, so the reception sent someone from the room cleaning to open the door, he opened, I informed him that the key was still not working, could he bring a working key, he replied, "sorry sir, I am busy" and left. So I visited the reception 4th time and the key they provided this time worked. After all this while leaving the hotel, they charged me SR 10 for the lost key. - In the picture above, only half building is the hotel thus the pictures are tricky. - The rooms don't look as good as in pictures. - I would prefer not to stay in this hotel again.

Reviewed By Bakhar SThe hotel is new and maintains cleanliness. Ideal for families. Spacious two bed rooms. Baskin Robins , Daminos , Krish creme in the same building. Main road but still have ample parking space, privacy and sound proof. Break fast is limited but it was good .

They room is new and spacious and very affordable. I would definitely come back to this hotel. And if you plan on going to al ahsa or al hofuf this is the place to stay. I would like to give my thanks to the owner who is very very helpful on our visit.

Reviewed By atifdnaAugust is the peak of summers in this area. In this harsh summer, staying in Lilly was Plesent experience. Although it is situated on the rode side, but best part was there were almost zero notice in the room. Comfort of the bed and AC in the room was best part of stay. As of now there are so many facilities around like, in range of 200 meters, you easily can find Saudi food, labnies food (junia restaurants ), Mac D, Indian food on Bharat kitchen, hurry and curry. Two superstore nearby like panda and tamimi. One showroom for electronics, phone nd laptops named Extra. Three mosque are present on almost 10 min walking distance.

Don't stay here
Reviewed By AkulichThe hotel canceled our booking made through Hotels.com, and their manager told us, that we had to come before 6 p.m. To keep the booking active. Nothing about that was mentioned in the booking receipt, and check-in time was stated as from 3 p.m. In a result, they sold our room to someone else. So they gave us normal room instead of the suit with the same price as for suit. Building and facilities are old, but more or less clean. Staff really tried to help, but it was their fault actually. Breakfast is ok, but the oil they use for cooking is cheap or old, and the food has unpleasant taste. Most of guests are field workers from Schulmberger and similar companies.
