Reviewed By sarahwF5850NSWe had an amazing holiday. My best friend & I were on holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday. Staff were super friendly & helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. Our first room was a bit on the small side, so we paid for upgraded to a room with balcony, on the ground floor of the newer block. It made our holiday perfect & we can’t thank the staff enough for all the effort put into making our holiday special. All inclusive, drinks were served round the pool & to our balcony. Food was delicious, with a choice of the restaurant & snack bar. We happily ate cake & looked out to the lights in town, at 10pm. The entertainment staff were good fun & the acts great to watch. We relaxed on very comfortable sun loungers, looking out to sea. The spa on site was a treat. We had 3 massages each, which were wonderful. Definitely recommend to unwind & enjoy the setting. Basically a holiday we won’t forget & hope to return next year.

Reviewed By 231marieeWe LOVE this hotel. First visited in 2007 when it was Asena Beach and have been back nearly every year since, last visited in May for our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff are amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff work non-stop to keep it that way. We are however very sad and disappointed that it will be All Inclusive from May 2023. One of the attractions to Olu is the amazing array of restaurants you can choose from. We don’t like to be tied down to eating in one place all the time and I worry as more hotels go AI how that will impact the restaurant businesses in Olu. Sadly, we will have to find another hotel which does B&B when we visit next year.

Reviewed By Blueray_90We booked here purely by chance as our original holiday was cancelled. What a stroke of luck we had because this hotel is a little gem! The views from around are amazing of the surrounding mountains and the sea, the facilities on the hotel are really good also with my little girl loving the slides that are here. You also get access to the Orka waterpark which is a really good day our so take advantage of this also! The room isn't massive, but to be honest it didn't really need to be for us all it was used for really is sleeping and getting changed before the evening. The views from our room were worth it even so! The entertainment in the hotel and the animation team in general deserve a lot of recognition Burak, Erhan, Savaş, Ceylin, Yigit worked really hard to keep the kids and adults entertained and would also in-between make efforts to get to know people personally whether sat round the pool, at the evening or in the restaurant they would come talk to you and really get to know you, especially Erhan, which I thought was a nice way to make the guests feel welcome! Food was decent here, always a good choice in the evening with different themed nights each night which helped with the variety also live cooking station and fresh made pizza stand as well both really nice! The desserts sections was mega every night there was loads to choose from. Overall, even though we had the stress of having a holiday initially cancelled, this hotel really made up for it and it's easy to see why so many of the guest in the reviews in here and talking to them in the resort have been back multiple times over the years. Loads of things to do and Olu Deniz and Hisaronu are brilliant with loads to do and see. We loved it and at the next possible opportunity will be coming back to here

Reviewed By shelleyw140Lost count how many times I have stayed here. Hotel has had some major refurbishment. ALL staff and management go that extra mile to make your stay special. Welcoming friendly and hard working. Celebrity Bar has great atmosphere with fantastic sax player, band and karaoke weekly also sports on three screens. The owner Taner is there daily and even helps behind the bar, which speaks for itself how welcoming the place is. Visit and meet Orhan the new general manager who speaks fluent English (like many here) Teddy, Mike, Freddie, Gigi, Umit and the happy smiley Hilmi. They are all ready to greet you and make your stay special. I am returning in September. Happy day’s and nites ??

Shown to our room which was spotless, extra pillows etc in the wardrobe. Food here you'll never go hungry, from an excellent breakfast to the show cooking at your evening meal. The bar is well stocked with a variety of alcohol and soft drinks. Hotel Spa, I had the after sun package which was great, Vahit wanderers round the pool everyday full of info but never puts pressure on you to use the facilities. Sunbeds so comfy and plentiful so no need to be up crack of dawn to get one. All the staff and Victor the owner are fantastic, if you need anything just ask and they will do their best. Will I stay here again, definitely I've booked for 3wks time ?

Beautiful location, staff & rooms but steep price!

We had the top room, it was pretty high, there's lots of climbing everyday if you have signed up for the hut rooms. Other wise there are normal lodge style rooms available near the reception for those who don't want to huff and puff every time they go to their room! The breakfast was alot of fun; sausages, cheeses, cappuccino, bread - all the basics covered. Staff was friendly and pretty versatile. Often the same guys doing all the work. I guess it was the time of the year that not many guests arrived but the world had freshly reeled out of first Covid-19 wave. Let me tell you, the hotels nearer to the beach were all empty. It was like a ghost town. Just a couple of people here and there. Some hustle and bustle but by sunset, it would be erringly quiet, save for a few people. You'd be surprised to see anyone! Pros: beautiful place, great breakfast, helpful staff. You even have a jacuzzi on your balcony! Con: Steep price!

Reviewed By Brent JUpon arriving at the Alize Hotel my partner my 2 children and I were taken to the so called family room or should I say more like a square box no where near big enough for 2 people never mind 4 we literally had no room to unpack 4 suitcases or even store them any where, the next day we went to reception to see if they had a bigger room to which we had to deal with one of the managers who was so un helpful and rude when we got the jet 2 rep involved he promised to move us to a bigger better room and 4 hours later he told us our room was ready, low and behold he tried to move us littrally right next door in the exact same room ? back on the phone to the jet 2 rep who was also confused why they did this after promising Infront of her a bigger room we finally got a slightly bigger room at least enough to unpack 3 suitcases I had to leave all my Clothes in my suitcase as there was no storage to unpack mine. As we were a family of 4 with 2 small children we were very disappointed with the food as there was literally nothing for our kids to eat every day it was the exact same thing, chips, rice, fish, chicken with either salad or veg it wasn't to bad for us as adults but for our children was poor we had to eat out most nights, plates and glasses were mostly dirty so you had to lift a few off to find a clean one. The snack bar was even worse pre cooked burgers, chips just dipped back in the deep fat fryer to warm them up swimming in oil on your plate, also when no one was being served he stood in the food area smoking, disgusting. The pool area and location are the best bits about the hotel we could not fault this at all, the bar had limited selected drinks Available which weren't bad to be fair apart from after 11pm you had to start paying for them. The entertainment shows on a night weren't bad apart from the entertainment team for the kids who were poor. I have been coming to Turkey for years and this is the worst hotel so far, not for the adults I must say but for the kids mainly wouldn't be bad as couples etc but I wouldn't recommend bringing children here as you will be eating out every night. If the Alize sorted there food out and catered more for children who by the way I was charged full price for each child so should be catered for it wouldn't be too bad as it is just off the main strip and has a fantastic pool area. Also like to praise Ramazan the bell boy he couldn't do enough for us and was so friendly and helpful.

A hidden gem
Reviewed By Al5255Where to start, the staff are incredible so friendly and welcoming. The way they remember your name and drinks & even the table you sat at once. Nothing is too much bother and they go above and beyond. Have to give a special mention to yunus behind the bar, this man made our holidays. The room was spacious and the two beds together made it huge. Housekeeping did an amazing job and where in daily if needed. As a somewhat plain and picky eater I never struggled to find something to eat. There is juice and coffee making stations all over the hotel. Now the entertainment team, Hassan, Elvan, and Eran what a team this is. From day time activities such as darts, water polo and volleyball all to amazing music. They keep you entertained for sure. At night they put on an amazing variety of shows bingo, karaoke and visiting performances. I've spent the last 2 days looking at coming back I've loved it so much. I genuinely can't think of a single negative, orher then the stairas but thats more me being unfit. Counting down the days till I come back
