A dirt cheap one star hotel
Reviewed By Ingen LFirst allow me to specify how this hotel earned its one star with me: When I ordered takeaway, the spaghetti arrived without any fork or spoon, and the front desk promptly provided me with chopsticks upon request. The rest of this hotel is just fractions above refugee camp status. The cleaning lady cleaned the interior of the elevator with a cloth that should have been taken out on the stoop and given a coup de grace. After the the cleaning, the entire elevator was smelling foul, old, never-having-been-cleaned cloth. As I entered the premises, I passed through a sitting group in the lobby, with two enormous No Smoking signs and two equally enormous ashtrays adjacent to the sofas. Every friggin time I passed through the lobby, someone was sitting there smoking. I asked the front desk why they didn't react, and the response was as if cut out of a Monty Python scene: - Smoke? Where? - I didnt see anyone smoke - In the sofa group? (Looking around in the wrong direction) Which sofa group? The scetch went on a quite a bit longer as I stayed my ground to see if the staff would actually confront the perpetrator. They didnt. When asked about the reason for their non-action, the front desk girl said: - Oh him over there. Oh _him_. That problem is soon over. As soon as he is finished with his cigarette he will again be "non-smoking". The staff appeared utterly incompetent and timid. I paid 160 RMB plus 100 RMB deposit for one night and even that was too much. This place is worth about 50 or better 40. Air condition was old and run-down, as everything else in this hotel. Only one rib was left on the aircon. As I turned it on, it spat water all over me. Oh, the trash cans throughout the hotel are so small that if you eat one burger and throw the wrapping the trashcan will be full. This is a Chinese hotel stuck in the 1980s. Early 1980s.

Good hotel
Reviewed By AsiaBummerRooms are clean with large windows and also bathrooms are clean and you don't have people slipping cards under the doors. There is a mini fridge in the room and you have to turn on the thermostat if you want to stock up. The cleaning staff also did my laundry free of charge. Breakfast was okay. Check in was very easy as I had booked through Ctrip. You get free wifi in your room along with a LAN cable. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Walking Street.

Bathroom was okay and clean, with clean towels. corridor were so smelly with no obvious reason Walls paint was pealing with many cracks, Floor has cigarettes marks In general it's okay compared to price
