Reviewed By LBibeeThis place has a great cafe in the front (the Turkish coffee is powerful) and a restaurant that serves basic dinner. The staff are nice and helpful. Great artwork and interior design. The pool is really refreshing and clean. The rooms are nice, big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in our room. There are cheap shops and restaurants next to the hotel. Very convenient! It is about a ten minute walk to the beach. When you get to the beach there are some small huts selling drinks and food that you can get a shaded seat at (Since most of the beach is designated for resorts). The only cons are that sometimes the WiFi wasn’t working well (that’s everywhere though, including resorts) and the cities water shortage affected the plumbing at times. Not a big deal though. Overall, staying here was a good experience!

THE WORST HOTEL FOR HOLIDAYS
Reviewed By agatasQ3238WAI was in Zephir&Spa with a group of friends in August 2021. Terrible food (they said it was because of the covid situation- they wanted to save money). Barmans were extremely rude. Some of them didn’t want to sell us some alkohol even though we weren’t drunk and we have all inclusive. (The problem was about our nationality, sad but true. European people are not welcomed). Sorry, but if we paid all inclusive this never should happen. Lots of trashes in the beach. The beach is private so they supposed to clean it but they didn’t. But the worst situation I’ve ever seen in this type of hotel- Tunisian people can buy ‘one day ticket’ for swimming pool for about 2 euro. People from all inclusive don’t have space near the pool and they can’t get snack near the pool because Tunesian people have the same service for 2 euros and there is no place for hotel guests. There was one day we couldn’t be near the people ever for one minute because there was such a crowd. None of hotel guest could!!!! Reception people didn’t help us in this situation. Lots of cockroaches in the hotel space. The only positive here is animation stuff. Guys are doing amazing job. Even though animation were amazing, I do not recommend this hotel. Worst holidays ever.

Reviewed By RaafettC'est une découverte exceptionnelle. Le cadre est agréable sur tous les niveaux. Commençant par la proprio Mme Annie; une femme passionnée qui aime son travail. Elle est accueillante et du premier tu sens que tu es chez toi. Elle nous a offert les dîners suite à l'invitation de son mari avec qui j'ai eu des discussions passionnantes. Les chambres sont décorées avec un goût raffiné. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 couples. L'endroit est serein et il n'y a pas de dérangement, pendant quelques heures on est coupé du monde. La maison comporte aussi une piscine assez grande qui est bien entretenue. Sur le toit, tu trouvera une vue panoramique sur les alentours. La plage est à 10 min à pied. C'est des petits cricks avec des vues exceptionnelles. Cette maison est un bijou dans la région qui ne brille que par jerba. Je conseille vivement cet endroit surtout si vous voulais vous évader des cadres standards.

Reviewed By ghofrane tCharming and clean. A good location with a very nice view. The place is calm and secure. Very friendly owners. The wheather is good in October with two swimming pools and common areas available with what you need. I strongly recommend.

Very good 3* resort
Reviewed By Dejan SClean and specious rooms, very nice food and wine. Other drinks on All-in are not so great. Especially the coffee at the bar - it's an instand coffee, not a real coffee which is really pity. Beach is nice too. No seagrass. Good showers at the beach and by the pool. There is nothing around the resort so if you want to go to the town you take a cab. It's cheap. When we asked at the reception for the taxi they said 15-16 TND... we went to the street and stopped the first cab - it was 8 TND to go to Zarzis city center, about 12 km away. Airconditioning was off in the lobby and it was 40*. Another thing I didn't like it that you need to tip waiters constantly. Once we tried to sit at the table where we haven't already tipped the waiter. We got very rude reply from him - go somewhere else and search for the table. And in his section almost all the tables were empty. However if you tip them they are very kind. Most of the guests in this hotel are French.
