Come and enjoy a unique night experience surrounded by nature staying in our amazing accommodations called Glamping. Here you can relax around the wood fire, while watching the stars. Afterwards you can visit the beautiful cenotes from Yucatan and get you to the incredible caves around the area. We have five comfortable Glampings, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammock area, palm tree (palapa) restaurant and a large parking.
HAMEKI was a completely new experience for us and one that my family really enjoyed! The place is beautiful and the people are just amazingly friendly and helpful. The visit to the Cenotes is amazing! And just lounging in the campsite was a bonding moment.

This place is absolutely terrible. Do not go there! We regretted the first minute we walked in and decide to leave after a few hours, even though we had already paid 4 nights. Completely abandoned and dirty. We didn't even complained or tried to get reimbursed because we felt sorry for the nice local people working there. This place is a scam for tourists.

The Hotel Ik kil is the right choice for visitors who are searching for a combination of charm, peace and quiet, and a convenient position from which to explore Chichen Itza. It is the perfect place to relax and being in contact with nature since we have on site a "Cenote" (sinkhole) where you can swim. Ik Kil was a stop on the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series in 2010, 2011 and 2014.
We booked it as a place to stay after a visit to Chitzen Itza and what a wonderful surprise it was! The gardens are beautifully kept, the bungalow clean and comfortable (we got the King Bed one and it was huge!), and the cenote on the property is so beautiful. As a hotel guest you get access to it after the public hours and it is magical. The security guard turned the lights on for us and we had it all to ourselves. One of the most memorable experiences of our trip. It is very isolated, and the food isn't great, so I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night, but I'm so glad we did!

The room has two double beds, private bathroom with cold water, hot water, fan, table use, lounge chairs and Wi-Fi zone. The camping area has use of table, lounge chairs, showers bathrooms, Internet and shared kitchen.
For campers, nature lovers and those that like walking the beach or watching the sunset this place is great. If you stay in one of the cabins then you've got a table and chairs to relax or you can walk right out onto the white sand beach. It's close to the middle of town in a 5min walk with lots of restaurants, hotels and places to stuff yourself with seafood right on the beach, dig-your-toes-in-the-sand style and enjoy a meal while you watch the sunset. Walk right in and through from the street or just walk up the beach till you find one you like. If you don't speak Spanish, take a phrase book as they don't speak English, and make sure you have your reservation printed out because they didn't even know I'd booked when I arrived. But walk-ins are okay as well. The cabins themselves are basic but clean and comfortable, I stayed two nights and was comfortable. Don't forget your mosquito spray though, being right next to a bioreserve area means the mozzies are about and you'll need it come dusk. The cabins do have a mosquito net over one bed though if you forget it.
