Good venue for group workshop
Reviewed By LucyH127Facility is quite old but view from room is very nature friendly. Meeting rooms are neat and clean, comfortable to have team workshops. But public bathroom is awfully stinky and dark. Restaurants which outdoor bbq and breakfast buffet are satisfying. Have enough room to make good memories with team members.

Worst customer service ever
Reviewed By rociomj93Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We booked over the phonea room for two adults + a kid + a dog. After we checked in,and we were heading to our room, two hotels employees started yelling at us and running towards us, they said we can't have the dog when they allow pets and we confirm this during the booking call. Also the pet policy is posted at the front desk. One of them was saying dogs no and that we didn't pay when we clearly did. After some discussions, they took us to a room in an empty building. No towels, no kitchen utensils for the kitchenette, no glasses and the fridge didn't open. When we complaint they gave us hand towels (not shower towels) and some paper cups, that's all. When my friend went to complain about the fridge, the employee treated her with disrespected and smashed her hand with the elevator door on purpose and he laughed. Finally, no coffee with the breakfast. Never in my life I've received such a horrible treatment.

Sporco difficile da raggiungere e male organizzato
Reviewed By Gianluca SSiamo arrivati di venerdì pomeriggio con la speranza di passare un splendido fine settimana di coppia quando abbiamo visto che le foto non rappresentavano affatto quello che c'era in realtà. I proprietari non parlavano una parola di inglese ed al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad attenderci ne indicazioni su dove ci dovessimo rivolgere per avere la nostra camera. Ci hanno portato in una prima stanza angusta fredda polverosa con la vasca idromassaggio, che nelle foto sembrava bellissime invece dal vivo era arrugginita e sporca, messa in un terrazzino coperto fuori dalla stanza con la neve e -2 di massima ovviamente rende la vasca inutilizzabile. Una volta che i proprietari hanno intuito il nostro disappunto ci hanno proposto una stanza più grande (ma solo leggermente). Sporca polverosa con una vasca ammuffita che presentava crepe ed era uniformemente sporca, in cucina i fornelli ad induzione erano non funzionanti e c'era stato messo sopra un vecchissimo e poco sicuro fornello da campeggio con uno strato di grasso secolare ed arrugginito. Addirittura pochi asciugamani forniti e di quelli uno addirittura con chiazze di muffa sangue e buchi e strappi. Potrei continuare con tutto quello che non andava in questa struttura ma credo quello che ho scritto sia già suifficiente tanto più che nella serata del nostro arrivo abbiamo acceso il cellulare e prenotato immediatamente un'altra struttura nelle vicinanze dove siamo andati già dal giorno successivo.
