We popped into Fubar on our way through Urumqi in August. Fubar has been an expat pub mainstay for quite a while in Urumqi. It has made some changes recently and the atmosphere is really nice. It overlooks People's Park with the usual eclectic expat pub decor. The food was very good and the service outstanding. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions about how to get on in Urumqi. Highly recommended.

It is a good place to give a break from Chinese cuisine.The location it is a bit difficult to find inside the mall, it is on the opposite right corner from the main entrance. Very Relaxing place with good lounge music. Food is great, pizzas are best I have had in China. It is a little oasis of western food Urumqi.
