Poor Staff

Staff, especially the Manageress need training or better still removing. Was told not asked to be breakfast at 09.15, at 09.50 a rather stressed Manageress ushering us rudely to seat, no coffee, no tea, no hot food, left after waiting around for over 25 minutes for at least a drink but nothing. Manageress was disgusting attitude, all our fault and not hers. What a joke of a place

Good find

We had originally booked for Premier inn, a friend had stayed at the Ardington a few times and recommended it and we were so pleased we decided to change. All of the staff we met were very nice, great service. Room was very good, plenty of power points in the right places, long mirror, more coffee, tea etc than hotels usually leave out, iron and board in the wardrobe and a safe. Lovely view of the park and although facing a busy road was nice and quiet, would definitely recommend and would stay again if returning to worthing

Our Wedding 2/4/2022

The staff were all brilliant. Special thanks to Evan and Vicky who took over last minute and made our day super special. Pip and Diane on reception were very friendly and supportive and made sure all our guests were looked after. Keith and Jade did us proud with an amazing buffet to suit all our requirements, {you have to try their homemade sausage rolls}. Thanks Liz for helping feed us all and for smashing the glass to get everyone's attention. Rachel organisational skills made our day go smoothly and ALL our guests were really impressed with our day. So we just really wanted to say Thank You all so much. {and if ever we want to get married again, we will be back. Haha}. The evening was a hit with Kevin the DJ who covered everyone's requests, as well as Keith's evening buffet. {Recommended} We believe that this was the Windsor's first biggish wedding since the Covid outbreak, and all we can say is "they did us proud and they did it in style." Many thanks Mr and Mrs H Tim & Lisa

Had a one night stay, the hotel has had a makeover but sum parts are still a bit lacking, in saying that the two rooms we had 301 and 201 were very comfortable, spacious and a reasonably high standard both with sea views and Worthing sea front is very lovely , the hotel itself is very friendly and welcoming all the staff try there very best, must mention Finn on the desk who was exceptionally friendly accommodating and helpful . The bar was very reasonable and as a sea front hotel this hotel would be hard to beat , only downside is parking which is find your own space street parking the hotel does offer permits at £4 a day, no charge for Sunday's which in the height of summer might be a bit of a problem . We would definitely stay at the Burlington again.

Lovely location and luxurious surroundings

Reviewed By barry m

We needed a hotel near Arundel castle so we could go to the tulip festival and see several other heritage sites nearby. We chose the Findon Manor and were well pleased. There is a nice feeling of high class as you walk in, the room was fine on the front but very quiet, staff were nice and the food excellent. There are three pubs in Findon but we looked at their menus and decided that we were better off eating in the hotel restaurant. Good decision, prices were much the same as the pubs and the food was beautifully cooked and well presented. Good choice of wines and beers in the bar.

Best choice in Worthing

We had a sea facing double and it was very comfy. Despite being on a busy street, quiet other than seagulls. Nearby park/square is wonderful. Plenty of eating places close by. Yes, the hotel is a little old but it's called character. Staff were wonderful. Request the room where the seagull will sit in your window everyday. Breakfast was very good. You're not going to find the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton in Worthing so embrace what you have.It was everything that we wanted.
