Reviewed By RonldFrIt is new property, good location and easy access. The room is quite delightful with good lighting. Mostly the equipment and amenities are new and well function. Drinking water tap is available in each room which is very convenient. The microwave oven position however is a bit off, where it was difficult to put in and out the food from there. Room facilities are ok. not so much to note. Just few of things that I would think can be done (much) better : - Daily housekeeping. This is my first time experience staying in hotel where daily housekeeping is only available upon request and this was not pre-informed. I have stayed in Somerset Damansara and KL before and this was never be the case. I did not intend to have my room daily cleaned, but I would for sure need replenishments as I was staying for 3 nights. I had to call to ask for this and only I was told about the need to request. I also found a ‘strange’ thing that the hotel provided nespresso machine but only provide 2 capsules per check in. I don’t get the logic on this because I pay the same amount of money for each night. And even so, they did not provide any other type of coffee (at least instant coffee), so definitely I can only enjoy coffee on my first day of check in and the rest not. - Breakfast. Understand the facility may not fully operational yet, so the food was provided to the room. Food portion and quality in general was ok, but Yogurt in first and second day was spoiled. It was a repack yogurt so no wonder it could not stand for long. The last day also breakfast did not come until 10.30 – after I had to make 3 calls to ask. In overall, the experience was just ordinary. Nothing much to shout about. I was expecting more with Ascott brand as it is more expensive compared to Somerset. Hopefully the service can be improved.

Saba Suits @ Platinum is located in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, 500m from Dinner in the Sky KL and 800m from Petronas Twin Towers. Guests staying at these apartments have access to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a private bathroom with a hairdryer as well a washing machine, a microwave and a kettle are also provided, along with a free WI-FI.

A little apartment on holiday
Reviewed By breky_nunoSimple, reasonably clean, good beds and bathroom. The cleaning problem was imediately solved after an email I sent to the reception, so no harm done. simple breakfast on an upper floor (25th, if I remember well) in a hostel thar belongs to the same company. Good value.

Reviewed By Marianna PThe room was old and dirty. There even walked a cockroach on my feet when I was standing for a minute. The staff is friendly and seems helpful, but when we asked for help they didn’t do anything. The view and infinity pool are beautiful. Please note that’s it’s necessary to book a spot at the pool and you’re only allowed to use the pool for one hour…not exactly what you would expect.

The units are quipped with living hall, kitchen for light cooking, and study or work area, perfectly suitable for families, business traveler, group of friends, and couples. The Presidential Suite comes with private jacuzzi, steam room and open space overlooking the entire skyline of KL!
RUDE STAFF (FRONT OFFICE)
Reviewed By asyrafa2022Front office staff (female Filipino staff) was rude in handling tenants. And forced tenants to leave as she didnt want to explain further about her fault. She was not helpful nor informative despite the fact that she acted like a manager. There was a Chinese male staff intimidating tenants like a gangster as if to back up the Filipino staff. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Hotel management should be strict in picking out quality and diligent staffs with proper manners and courtesy. Thank you.

Great location, terrible management
Reviewed By hoges1959We arrived and were not aware we had to use Whatsapp to contact to get someone to let us into the room. Eventually we had to use global roaming as we didn't have a Malaysian SIM and there was no-one to meet us. We were then given a 3 bedroom apartment as ourbooked accommodation was notavailable, but were told we could onlystay for 2 nights, then had to move, plus we were told we couldonly use one room, not all three!! At the end of day 2, I'd arranged to meetat 5pm to sort out the next night but the person who was to meet us turned up 20minutes late. Thankfullythey were on timewhen we left. The room itself was fine, though someof the furniture was damaged, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and the toilet seat wasn't bolted down properly. The wifi, aircon and other amenities allworked, but there was only leaning if we wanted to pay an extra 80 ringgit, which is a ridiculous amount for a task that would take perhaps 45 minutes tops. I'll be returning to KL, but not to this place.More to the point, not to people who can't get asimple reservation right

Reviewed By Daydream310282It's a good place in the city , view & rooms are good. you can visit all the places from here.Twin towers is also near by , it's connected with metro station too. Even you can buy some grocery from near by market. Swimming pool is at 4th floor and view is good.
