Have eaten here numerous times and the food has been amazing. 1st time for having a takeaway and was disappointed. The starter was lukewarm and the main course was slightly warmer- considering it cost no cheaper than eating in the restaurant I do not feel it was value for money.

Not been here for a while but seen the good reviews so decided to call. The food is very good-you do have too wait a bit but this should be expected if your getting food with fresh ingredients. The only slight issue was we called during âthe mini beast from the eastâ and though there was portable heaters it was a little chilly. Thanks for the good review Colin and for mentioning the freshly cook concept. A quick pad thai or one course meal cook from scratch can be done in around 10 mins or less. Our wait time for dining inside is reasonable quick and most of our customers finish a two, three or four course meal within less than or around an hour, but this does depend on peak or off-peak business period. We do prefer our customers to stay a little longer to relax and enjoy the ambience. Many customers do use our place to relax, have long conversations and to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or an after work meeting place where the focus is mainly to relax and enjoy home cook style gourmet food. We are not competing with any one on speed as we are not a fast food takeaway, instead , our passionate chefs focus on the quality of the food, most dishes are cook from scratch with the use of fresh ingredients. We donât take short cut when making freshly cook gourmet and this reflect the reasonable wait time which you mentioned. The beast from the east did bring one the coldest winter on record (under -10) , but under normal winter condition, our large fireplace and electric wall radiator usually provide adequate warmth all year round. The small fan heater you mentioned is strategically place hidden at the main entrance for our collection take away customers only, as take out customers often wait to collect food on the seating area near the front door way. However, we have taken your advice on board and have already started looking for and extra overhead door heater to help control the door draft for next winter but now that we are coming into spring and summer, this issue will not in any way cause any concern for our staff or customers. Thank you for supporting local family run business, we hope to see you again soon.We are also working on a takeaway set banquet, a quick Thai streetfood menu and our own ordering app for mobile device to provide our customers with improve speed and offer more quick-eat option. This should be roll out by summer 2018.
