At Santo Mar you'll find the best mixture of various Mexican seafood cuisine with Peruvian spice. We serve cold dishes for those sunny days and hot dishes for chilly evenings and a glass of wine. Salads, sushi, oysters, soups, ceviches, cebiches, sashimis
The food was great! I think is the best seafood I have tried in San Luis Potosi. The staff was attentive, although busy. But well, what is to be expected of a crowded place. Regarding the place, is just average, too many tables in a small space. I have kids so I am always looking for someplace that has something for them. And although this place has a gameroom it is quite inadequate, is unsupervised and right at the entrance and we were at the 2nd floor, so impossible to leave them there.

Both nights was a little cold out, they do try to heat the place but could try a little harder. The food is amazing, even though something doesn't sit right with my stomach, I went in twice and both times had stomach issues but would go back in a heartbeat.I just enjoy the Thai Pe Shrimp! Also the Rock Steak was great. The Teriyaki Salmon was acceptable.Would go again if i'm in the area. I think the red salsa doesn't agree with my stomach but it's so good.

This is a popular place for getting makis (sushi) they have great variety and super affordable price for a very nice elegant, simple, and easy going atmosphere. Maybe their dishes are not extra elaborate, but their service and superb desserts make up for that.
