Dinner in a butcher shop, actually the porch in front. You select the vegetable antipasta you want, select the fresh or dried pasta too as well as the chicken, steaks or pork variations, all organic and green, then they prepare and serve. Perfect sliced cold vegetables, wonderful raw tomato, ricotta and basil pasta, drop dead sausages and grilled over fire chicken, then topped off by homemade nut torte. Remember the movie Big Night? Interesting that while the tourists are eating in expensive industrial food restaurants, the locals and northern Italian swells are enjoying the down home great food experience at this butcherâs.
