Had fresh mousaka and calamari, both were great and good value! The staff are very friendly and happy, itâs a beautiful little area as well opposite a park which is full of kids playing and local families. Highly recommended and I might even go again tonight.

Having visited & loved Milos New York couple of times my wife and I decide to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary at Milos Athens. Food 8/10Just wonderful, no surprises, perfect presentation and very colorful dishes. Perfect blend of aromas and delicious seafood platters.. The Greek salad with barrel Feta is out of this world a big ⤠and the Fresh Salmon tartar with lime and coriander not to be missed. I also recommend the fried courgette and eggplant with Tzatziki and last but not least the Athenian lobster pasta Service 8/10Very professional and friendly service, our waiter Stefanos just nailed it, he knew exactly what to upsell and when to stop! He gave us some great recommendations and we really enjoyed it. Menu available in English.Prices 7/10Prices are somehow high but well worth every penny, this is not your casual around the corner seafood Taverna it is an upscale Greek seafood restaurant...Location 8/10Located at the Hilton hotel in down town Athens. We visited Tarka Indian restaurant in Athens. We had Shahi panner and veg biryani with Naan. The taste of shahi paneer was very authentic and we loved it. In addition, nice ambience and hospitality. I would recommend this restaurant for authentic indian food.

Sushimou is a unique 14 seat sushi restaurant tucked in a little street of Syntagma. Once you open the door, you'll be transported into a whole new world of gastronomy, 9500 km away, in the comfort of your own city. Since 2015, Andonis serves the tastiest and most authentic sushis in Athens and beyond! There are several restaurants that serve good food in Athens. Nevertheless, even though tasty food is the key to success, Sushimou has also completely redified the way we perceive 'dining out'. Indeed, Thanos not only excelled and mastered his sushi skills, but has also managed to succeed what all other restaurants failed to do so. Indeed, by having limited seats, Adonis takes immaticulous care of his customers as though they were his friends. This is one of the reason why leaving the choice to him (omakase) is the only way to go if you truely want to get a taste of his passion and creativity.His love of Greek fish is clearly showcased all along our gastronomical journey. My husband and I were on a Greek group tour and we got to Athens a night earlier. Our hotel conceirge recommended this restaurant for dinner. We had to walk about 3/4 of a mile, but the walk was good for us. We ordered an appetizer of saganaki (no pita). My husband ordered veal chunks with a tomato sauce over mashed potatos. I ordered pasta shells with chicken, broccoli, sundried tomatoes in a cream sauce. The food was good and service was good. In the US, we're used to pita bread with saganaki, but we enjoyed the food.

This fish tavern was suggested by a friend who visits regularly. The food was very good. We had the fish soup, some small inexpensive fish and salad. We were quite happy and intended to revisit until the bill came. This is a simple fish tavern and should keep the prices reasonable. In most similar fish taverns, we would pay half of what we paid in Thanasis. Sorry but we wonât be coming back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking to our hotel one night. Incredible food, very fresh and delicious. Since then We went there twice during our visit to Athens. Very knowledgeable staff, great customer facing skills. We were so full from all the dishes we ordered but they brought in a complimentary Greek dessert and we gave up. Boy was is tasty. We couldnât wait for next time to order itDishes we tried and loved: Greek salad, aubergine salad, fava bean salad , Greek fish roe caviar salad, mussels and whole fish baked in salt crust. Highly recommend the place!

A well-deserved ranking. A finely decorated place with highly professional waitresses serving nicely presented and ambrosial food. We tried their dish of the day which was beef and another which was fish and they were both amazing. Paeania, the Liopesi of some decades ago, is scenic, pedicured and with several good eateries. Chouneri was gloriously described to us by gourmet-realis-aficionados, three in one. Cospopolitan eaters with a capacity for value for money. Our visit was memorable in approaching the rustic eatery, enjoying the articulate maitre d'o ~owner and the chief waiter and the clientele but:The little shrimps in the cone badly fried and with a disheartening aftertaste The weeds similarly in colour-texture and the tasteThe bakalao badly desalted and oven-grilled clumsily lacking body, tecture and that particular succulence of the Icelandic sagaFrench fries or chips badly friedCabbage and carrot salad wiry cut and dryPleurotus mushrooms banana-esqueAsparagus omelette- again nothing to write home about'Steaming' food presented with delayHouse wine acceptableProbably the night or our selection were not serendipitous but still- We do not reccomend it.
