Trovare un locale dove avverti a pieno che ciò che ti hanno servito profuma veramente di mare e una rarità . Questo è AmatoMare, una pescheria dove puoi assaggiare un'apericena diversa dal solito. Il locale è nuovissimo e sicuramente ha margini di miglioramento, ma si avverte la voglia di fare bene in un locale gestito da giovani. Personale cortese e locale pulito, conviene prenotare e controllare gli orari. Possibilità di acquistare pesce e preparati pronti da cucinare.

We stopped here on the way to Cefalu as it was the only place open on the feast of the assumption (august 15) we were the only tourists there and were warmly welcomed with a delicious array of antipasti (the marinated swordfish is especially recommended) followed by various pasta and seafood dishes of excellent quality. The ambience and view of the Mediterranean was beautiful and the staff were true Sicilians, as nice as could be (they even helped us jumpstart our car in the rain afterwards when we got stuck); in short this undiscovered gem is the perfect place to go if you are looking for a relaxed, authentic Sicilian meal!

Indecente è dir poco ...sconsiglio vivamente questo locale.Attesa infinita ..circa due ore per una pizza ,camerieri disattenti e distratti .ho dovuto chiedere io i tovaglioli ...tutto il resto che ho chiesto ..contorni pane olio mai arrivati ..al mio compagno che aveva ordinato la pizza è arrivata un surrogato di pizza che era più un pane scaldato con un poâ di ingredienti sparpagliati sopra ..che incubo ..guardandomi intorno non mià parso di vedere una situazione migliore agli altri tavoli...da evitare assolutamente

La pizza è molto buona, sia gli ingredienti che l'impasto. Ho apprezzato anche il servizio impeccabile. Locale non particolarmente fashion ma ho mangiato bene. Voto conclusivo 7.

In una recensione di luglio âperaltro fatta dalla titolareâ ed è assolutamente vietato fare ciò si parla di pesce fresco...no surgelato...beh qui forse câè qualcosa che non torna...e non mi interessa nemmeno ricevere le solite risposte...dico solo che la differenza di cucina tra lâinizio dellâattività âaprileâ e adesso è abissale...in cucina bisogna prendere gente qualificata come avevate fatto allâinizio...e non improvvisata come adesso...a mai più

Locale aperto da poco nella zona dell ex pescheria con dei buoni presupposti per durare.Materie prime di buona qualità ,piatti con quantita corrette,cortesia e gentilezza del personale,Locale pulito, accogliente e rapporto qualità - prezzo buono. Ho fatto un apericena con un amico e un'amica compreso di drink (n 5) orientatitavamente tra i 50 e 60 euro.Consigliato!Bravi ragazzi continuate così! Bravo Salvo!

La mia tanto attesa recensione finalmente, prende forma.Ho avuto occasione pernottando in un B&B di seguire il consiglio di cenare presso questa bella struttura, e poiché era già sera e non avevamo prenotato, pensavamo, che ci avrebbero mandato a letto senza cena. Siamo stati accolti invece, dal Signor Salvo,in maniera cordiale, e dell'ospitalità disarmante facendoci accomodare senza remore.Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo antipasto caldo e freddo,a base di pesce fresco, presentato in maniera attenta, e con porzioni un po' adeguate ai nuovi standard dell'alta cucina, comprendenti piccoli assaggi di polpo, baccalà in umido, e a carpaccio, una chicca sperimentale arancini di baccalà , dal sapore deciso, ma non invasivo al palato.Io ho proseguito con un ottimo primo con cozze e vongole e gamberetti, in questo caso la porzione è stata molto generosa, il mio collega ha potuto assaporare un trancio di spada fresco, e scampi alla griglia...nonostate non ci fosse il personale di sala, il titolare ha sostituito in maniera egregia servendo i piatti, e il vino in maniera professionale. Consiglio a tutti una tappa obbligatoria per gustare un buon pesce, in una personalissima location.

We decided to have dinner here. The staff is professional, loved it. We reserved the table day before. It has guests every evening. The most suitable way to reach this place is by car.So, we ordered hot snack, type like arrancini. Loved it, it was so delicious. They prepared simple pasta with cheese for our child, I ordered pasta ala Norma. Very nice, elegant and cozy place, even for nice celebrations. Recommend.

The place is really hard to find situated as it is in a small street in a poor visitated area. What you think it is reading at the name is to find a wine bar just opening the door but nope. Is a restaurant. Nothing special as a menù, dishes you could find everywhere around here but the taste is really amazingly perfect. Their strongness is absolutely the taste!!!Very small, lovely furniture but confused between a wine bar and a modern restaurant. Wood chairs with metal tables and medium-higt level mise en place on. Not wine bar at all i'll give 3 star because is clear that the identity of the activity is still confuse. Is like a man named Jennifer and the price is too too too hight.We paid around 75 euros for 3 fish starters, 3 fish spaghetti, 1 bottle of house wine, 2 coffee, 1 bottle of water, and 2 grappa. The price is 2 times highter the medium standard around in city.No one of thoose common fish we have eaten can justify that price...
