We were vacationing in Santa Marinella and were recommended this place. We found the food to be good and the atmosphere to be interesting. Everyone worked so hard and seemed ver friendly. However, when it came time to pay our bill, they clearly were adding 10⬠additional. We brought the menu to the front and still were charged the wrong amount, plus argued with. Additionally, in true American style, we tipped- though not necessary. We returned to the table to grab that back since we were purposely overcharged, but it had been quickly scooped up. If you want a good meal, then go. But be aware of what you are being charged. This put a real damper on our evening.

This was our second summer trip to Santa Marinella, as well as our second set of visits to the Liberty Cafe. The service is off-kilter - sometimes you're left alone for a very long time, sometimes you get five different people taking your order simultaneously - but the food is very good, especially the sandwiches and piadine. Abbiamo appena concluso il nostro secondo soggiorno estivo a Santa Marinella, che era anche la nostra seconda esperienza con il Liberty Cafe. Il servizio è un po' atipico - a volte ti lasciano solo per troppo tempo, altre volte ti prendono l'ordine in cinque! - ma il cibo è buono, soprattutto i panini e le piadine.

We enjoyed lunch here during a cruise stopover. They have a large outdoor terrasse looking out over the harbor of Civitavecchia, and it is only a short walk from the shuttle bus stop from our ship. The food was excellent, and the waiters were very friendly and took good care of us. The terrasse and indoor restaurant was wheelchair accessible, which we appreciated.

The food is delicious and very reasonable too. Try the rice balls and speciality pepper pasta they are amazing. The pizza is wonderful too. Margarita is enormous and only â¬5. We stumbled upon this place in Santa Marinella and were so glad! Delicious, flavorful, authentic pizza. I had the margherita pizza and my boyfriend had spicy salami. Both were fantastic!Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We sat outside on picnic table style seating. Good wait staff. If our stay had been longer, we would have gone again!
