I am a resident, and after trying all restaurants in Malabo, over 10 months, I must say that Bidji Biña's kitchen is the best in town. Not only pizza and pasta dishes are well prepared, but the fish and steaks are excellent. Staff is well-trained, and the lunch buffet on weekdays is a plus. Pequeño, pero funciona bien!

The toppings were generous, the cheese was okay, the sauce was bland or maybe just tomatoes without any hint of basil, oregano or anything except tomato from a can.With a name of Pizza Place, my expectations were for something more than just a barely average pizza, after all, they could offer ground chillies, hot sauce and parmesan at the table,The crust was a little doughy, some people like it like that but I prefer the dough rolled out a little thinner, so the dough would be crispier and add a nice texture.The beer was cold, the staff was friendly and the venue overall is nice with an outdoor terrace on the second floor so we could watch the hordes of bats flying overhead while the sun went down.With a little work on the pizza being served, this could be a 'go to' place for pizza in Malabo, but right now I'm still looking and there are other venues to try before I go back to Pizza Place.
