I was slightly annoyed when I learned that wifi was capped at 100MB per visitor. I came here to make use of this since I needed a serious amount of emails to do. The manager explained that it is unfortunately how it works after I complained a bit and immediately offered me a second voucher. It saved the evening for me because I was really not in the mood to look for another restaurant that offers free wifi. I also wanted some pizza.The food is as good as always and value for money is always what I look for in any restaurant. I welcomed the occasional checking in by Christo, the manager. Thanks Anna for excellent service, especially when there was just about no-one left! I want to spend a few minutes to write this review while I am sitting here because I strongly believe to give credit when credit is due.I learnt a lesson tonight. You dont have to be a silver spoon, fine dining restaurant to give excellent service. A family restaurant like Panarotti's in Kimberley will still offer the best service and it wont cost you an arm and a leg!I will be back!Hi Rudi456,Thank you for taking the time to review our family restaurant. not worth the money and a terrible experience on my taste buds. their pizza dough is nothing but butter which overshadows the taste of the ingredients, its like having an oil-pool in your mouth. my pizza had a huge chunk of green pepper in the middle which signifies the laziness of the prep staff.

The Horeshoe Inn has always been well known for the good quality food they served, and going there tonight I didnât expect anything else.I did however leave feeling rather dissapointed, a few reasons...- The menus look like they went to war, falling apart...- Our table ordered a steak, medium, it was well done.- Another meal was ordered with veggies. It arrived with chips and the waiter immediately noticed and offered to correct the order before we even said anything. It came as a massive suprise though when she brought a side plate and started to take the chips from the plate. It makes me wonder, who will be getting this chips??- I ordered a snack basket. The onion rings where not fresh, got the idea it was warmed from frozen after being cooked. Nothing spectacular on my plate.- The burgers on the table looked quite good.All in all I think this is more for a few guys looking for a bar, not quite a restaurant for you, your friend and your wives.

A "great" destination in Gordon's Bay to go to.... NOT... just a pity that the franchised holder did not bother to add the local Gordon's Bay franchise and other adittional franciacse establishments to TripAdvisor (as advised by me... 10 months ago)... it is in fact... and I'm sorry to report this.. overrun with cocarouchers!.... I counted 1 every .5 hours!... Running on the bar top while patrons were served! It's a shame... this establishment has great ambiance, a great menu, attentive staff... but lack decant and attentive management / or owners that should have noted or foreseen this problem!... there is however a glimmee of hope... first get the franchise owners involved, get the establishment fumigated and keep it clean... then you will get better reviews... PS.. Get all franchised restaurants separately on TripAdvisor!
