I had heard the name Halim Obaid Zakani long before. With the "Waze" software, we located and went to Halimi. The grocery store was located at the beginning of Obaid Zakani Street. A small shop with four tables and a chair might accommodate 15 people. In one pot, the hot potato was ready to serve. We arrived at 7:30 in the morning. The shop was not crowded, but the citizens of Qazvini were taking pot and dishes into the shop and hopping. I liked their move. It was used less than disposable containers. We each ordered a hot press. Asked for oil on the hull, we asked if we wanted it, and they poured some cinnamon on it and brought us some barbecue bread into the basket. I love Halim sweet. There was sugar on the table. I poured some sugar. Halim was so hot that we waited a few minutes for it to cool down. At the same time, I was watching the dishwasher customers handing me a glass. Halim was very tasty. So much so that a friend ordered another press. After a meal, we have a cup of tea .It was excellent.

The restaurant is located in the first floor of a new modern shopping mall ( Narvan ) . It was holiday and and almost all stores were closed but hopefully the restaurant was open . we ordered fish , chicken(Chicken schnitzel) and lamb kebeb as main course which all were okay and delicious . decoration and restaurant atmosphere is better than of mother branch but seems tastes of foods in mother branch are a little better . soups , salads ,...are also are inserted in the menu which we ordered some and all were okay . the staff are polite and helpful , two three times we were asked about quality of the food ,...

The traditional Shams restaurant in Qazvin is located opposite the Amini Hosseinieh. It has a large and clean and elegant atmosphere, decorated with traditional architectural elements (glass windows and ponds, etc.). this restaurant is a common place for Tourists . Like most customers, we ordered the traditional Qazvin food, "Gheima Nisar", which was good. It had good taste and aroma.Of course the lamb was almost low.The highlight was the very good price of spices like yogurt, cucumbers, olives and salads compared to other restaurants (especially in compairing to Tehran).I recommend this restaurant.

Yesterday, for lunch, we chose Shani. The parking was very good while there was no parking lot outside. It was a big luxurious restaurant with a very professional staff. They were kind and polite.There was a very diverse menu; You can select from cheaper choices to very expensive ones. I think a family can try it once. I selected to have Mirza Ghassemi and it was good, not so much oily. I loved it.

it seems recently recently management ,...all has been replaced in this restaurant . there is no change in decoration and inside atmosphere . foods were better served and almost all were delicious . we ordered also tea that we received a Samovar on our table which was new for this restaurant and interesting . the rates are reasonable , staff helpful and in one word everything okay and in order.

Qazvin has a traditional food called "Qeime-Nesaar", and everybody in Qazvin tells that you can eat these only in two restaurants: Eqbali Restaurant or Nemooneh! I've tried both! but here I say about Eqbali!here is located in 2nd floor if some building so if your seat is next to the windows you can watch out the street! the decoration is a modern and dark one! the waiters are not friendly and sometimes neglecting you! and the food is so so and the Prices are high!I think my choice is obvious between these two restaurants ;)

This is a very popular restaurant with amazing traditional food. We had the local rice dish that was a favourite with everyone in the restaurant. The Dough was also extremely good. Busy at lunchtime so be prepared to wait or book ahead.
