Sono stato portato qui da amici, abbiamo solo pranzato. Il locale è un bagno al mare che come oramai tutti fa anche da ristorante. Molto bello ben arredato, personale cordiale e veloce nel gestire le richieste. Abbiamo preso piatti tutti diversi e devo dire che erano tutti molto buoni. Da riprovare.

I read the rave reviews and decided to reserve a table. Good thing b/c this place is really small. The owners warmly welcome all diners and then serve them as well. The menu consists of traditional dishes, nothing flashy, but everything done very well.

Had a very lux dinner here while staying in Ravenna. We were directed here when I asked for a "local" place. Really good. The restaurant is known for its use of truffles and we were not disappointed. I started with a bignet with parmesan cream and black truffles; very rich. Then I had truffled risotto; great! The restaurant is an old fashioned place with a garden inside in the back where guests are permitted to smoke--not good, but common. All in all, a terrific meal in a charming setting.

These restaurant has good reviews all over, so they don't need my help. But they were very friendly and accommodating. They have many pastas and main courses that are very local to Ravenna or Emilia-Romagna. So it's nice to try some of the local fare. I had the dessert known as zuppa inglese (which translates as English soup). I don't know about the name because it quite obviously isn't a soup and it certainly isn't English (see the photo). It was VERY tasty and it's local.
