Having read the trip advisor reviews we were a little hesitant about going here. However I can totally recommend. We had the smoked salmon starter to share and then the veal chop which was cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly, the restaurant is buzzing and a nice change from the tourist menus. We had wine by the carafe which was great value.

Thanks to TA we were lucky enough to test this place. This is typically a restaurant I would never have been to from just looking at it from outside. It is very basic and offers simple dishes but they're all made with fresh ingredients. This is probably how it would taste if you were invited to some locals family dinner. Plus service is excellent and extremely friendly. Prices are unbeatable. It is certainly off the beaten track but this is probably where the locals come for a meal. It's definitely worth the detour.

We found this place by chance when walking around the town. Got served by the owner who was very friendly. We took meat and cheese platter - selection of local products. Everything we tried has been delicious. Very enjoyable experience. You can also find other options in the menu, including warm sandwiches. Prices are rather high but it is worth paying here a visit, at least once during your stay.

This is a super little bar, great friendly staff, cheap quality drinks and usually quite full of locals so has a great ambience. We tended to drop in at lunch where they serve panini and such or if you just order drinks they tend to bring you a few snacks too. We also nipped in most evenings as we headed out to dinner and the drinks were usually accompanied by a few nibbles like crisps and pizza slices. We also sometimes snuck in for a nightcap on the way back to our hotel, when they tended to give very large measures of Sambucca to go with a bit of music they had on in an evening.
