Great little restaurant in port of Baia. Fresh seafood and al dente pasta (we had the linguine with crab which was yum), served with local wine and a personable service from the restaurants owner. What's not to like!

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday in February 2014; one of the owners took care of us and he could not have been more accommodating. When we told him that one of us was a vegetarian he went to the kitchen and came back and asked if we would trust him; we did and what resulted was an amazing array of appetizers, each one more delicious than the last. Our pasta main courses were also good.Fortunately for us the restaurant was not busy on this off season afternoon because when the owner learned, after asking us the reason for our visit, that we were in Naples to attend a language school he insisted we speak only in Italian and he took the time to correct our grammar and offer vocabulary in Italian when we got stuck.In summary, excellent food and even better service.

Bellissimo evento organizzato da questa splendida struttura con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Pozzuoli. Un matrimonio realizzato con cura anche dei più piccoli particolari. All'arrivo una accoglienza speciale con banco dei crudi di mare, del sushi, angolo della mozzarella, aperitivi di ogni genere e DJ Live con il mitico Dario Guida. Quindi, nel salone magnificamente arredato con fiori e luci di grande effetto, cena dei gran classe con portate rapide e molto gustose e musica dal vivo con pianoforte e chitarra. Infine, di nuovo nell'accogliente giardino per il dopo cena, con frutta ed un buffet di dolci letteralmente principesco ! Il calar della sera è stato accolto da un gioco di luci molto bello che ha esaltato l'atmosfera da fiaba moderna per questi due giovani sposi che erano semplicemente radiosi. Complimenti al Poggio Ruppelt !

We went to this restaurant at 8pm because we didn't have any other choice.It was empty, no clients there. And we weren't welcomed properly. The waiters kept on moving the tables all the time! without even considering us present there.The menu board looks old and dirty and nobody speaks any basic English.The food is fine not more. we had pizza with clams. not that special.

This is a very welcoming trattoria that specialises in anchovies, mussels and salt cod â so no especial problems during the month of September when there is a ban on fishing in the Mediterranean! Servings are generous and the salt cod and rigatoni primo was one of the best we have tasted. I am seriously lactose intolerant and the kitchen looked after me perfectly â thank you! Italian and dialect spoken, so brush up on your menu Italian. On the main road, just after entering Bacoli when travelling from Pozzuoli, the best place to park is in a supervised car park about 50 metres further on, on the same side of the road (â¬3). About â¬90 for two for a three-course meal with wine, water and coffee.

The place is strategically located in front of the beach (even if our room were facing the opposite side). The place is clean and neat, the personnel super friendly and helpful and the complementary breakfast served in the bar close to the pier is simply great. on the minus side the mattress is simply too hard and the room lack of some items that could make the place truly amazing Thank you so much...waiting to see you again! :)

Seconda volta in questo posto, stessa sensazione: quando oltrepassi il cancello e inizi a scendere sembra quasi di entrare in un altro mondo, dove relax e buon cibo accompagnano la tua serata. Le pietanze sono estremamente equilibrate, preparate in modo eccellente, semplice e con le verdure del loro orto. Non si vuole strafare ma si cerca di valorizzare la materia prima che la fa da padrone, con un' attenta ricerca anche verso l esterno per alcuni prodotti. Alla fine in bocca ti esplode il gusto e ti senti appagato! Anche i dolci meritano. Complimenti a tutti!

Siamo stati sabato sera a cena presso questo ristorante due coppie con bambini. Esperienza completa....in poche parole multisensoriale.....come deve essere una buona cucina. Il locale è molto ampio e ben curato con un accostamento di colori molto particolare. Un particolare degno di nota, sono le bellissime moto dâepoca allâinterno del ristorante . Il servizio è eccellente, i camerieri disponibili ma mai invadenti e sempre pronti a soddisfare le tue richieste.Ma il vero punto di forza è il sig Mario, il proprietario che ti conduce nel mondo della carne e della cucina con una conoscenza molto accurata dei vari tipi di carne. Allâinterno del locale sono infatti presenti tantissimi tipi di carne ( come si vede dalle foto allegate) e Mario sa suggerirti il tipo di carne più adatto in base ai gusti e alle esigenze .Oltre la carne abbiamo iniziato con un particolare entree di benvenuto con crostini e vari antipastini e ci hanno fatto provare la famosa candela con la genovese di scottona, una vera delizia!!Dopo la swami e la chocolat ( carne danese buonissima dal gusto unico) abbiamo concluso con degli assaggi di formaggio al barolo, un altro invecchiato in foglie di castagno condito con una ottima confettura di ciliegie e del Cecina De León di altissimo livello.Completa la carta dei vini!!Che dire ....davvero un esperienza incredibile....come da titolo multisensoriale....perché coinvolge tutti i sensi ....sicuramente da ripetere e da ritornarci magari a pranzo per assaggiare anche qualche primo piatto.Di nuovo complimenti al sig.
