Stopped here while driving through, and glad we did! The food, pasta and salads, were very fresh and delicious. It's a family style place, with friendly staff and a warm welcoming. They do serve wine and alcohol. There are no menus in English and the woman waiting on us was very, very friendly but spoke no English and we know only minimal Italian but we made it work so don't let that put you off as the result was us enjoying a delicious meal.

Prices more than reasonable. Servise friendly that a bit slow, perhaps due to the number of visitors. In any case was a gret experience

Went there for lunch on a really hot day (36℃) and we didn't choose the lightest meals for the occasion, but I couldn't resist the gnocchi with truffle cream! The food was nice, well cooked and substantial. Very nice service. A bit on the steep side for two starters, two mains, mineral water and a small house wine was €78.

Un luogo semplice e accogliente dove i sapori autentici della cucina casereccia incontrano l'eccellenza dei vini piemontesi e non solo.

Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky that night. The food was below average - not rustic traditionally prepared as I was led to believe. The pasta starter was shop bought and pesto was too salty. Then the main course was completely bland and unseasoned. I had the chicken supreme which tasted of an unseasoned piece of chicken with some melted cheese (that had been in the fridge longer than it should have). Very disappointed. The prices were low but I'd prefer to have paid twice the price and enjoyed my meal.
