I have been here several times. The pizza is the best in town. It is cooked properly with great ingredients and is plentiful. The pasta is also wonderful, with many local ingredients and touches.Great place to eat but make reservations in the summer otherwise you risk not getting in.Pat from Ottawa, Canada

The most amazing attention to detail. Not a thing missed this agriturismo boasts the most explicit attention to every detail. From its gorgeous accommodations, fabulous shower and bathrooms to an exquisite dining room where the food is spectacular and the ingredients of the finest quality. It is also immaculate and the surroundings pristine. This was our second visit and it was as fabulous as the first!

This is the perfect spot to take a break while you're visiting Sila. The location is lovely: a bit outside the main road, in the middle of the forest, it's very quiet. The owner is very kind and friendly. We ate one antipasto (appetizer), which was huge and deliciuos, and two main dishes (one pasta and one steak). We paid 30⬠for two people.

No doubt. Whenever you need to choose a perfect place to spend the best moments, especially in the cool of Sila, we choose "La Cascina di Fiore". The food is delicious and tasty, and every time there are always best specialties. The warmth, hygiene, cleanliness, quality and quantity of the dishes are the strengths. Are exalted the Calabrian typical products, made in home, which contain the flavors of the past, and not the classic stuff from the supermarket that you eat in other places! The atmosphere is always special, whether for a romantic dinner for those with friends and even yourself! I suggest to close the meal with a liqueur with herbs. The staff will definitely help!

Excellent food and value for money, and surrounded by the Sila National Park what do I want more!?As soon as you get in you feel a welcome, warm and cosy atmosphere.Now food:We started with a shared antipasti, that included varius type of cured meet, cheese, pickled vegetables, a vegetarian salad of courgette, carrot, aubergine; home made chips, and a typical soup of the day. What can a say simply divine!Under suggestion of the friendly waiter I went for "tagliatelle al ragù", it was like eating an Italian "Mamma" ragù, delicious!Second course: trout's hamburger, never tried such a dish, smashing! We ended with panna cotta and strawberry, I was in heaven by then!Definitely racommend, high value for money, a meal that you won't forget!Thanks guys, see you in the summer!

Placed in the middle of the Sila National Park, with a beautiful view of the mountain lake. this Bar/Restaurant is at 6000 feet high and even in summer is very cold.However they locally crafted beer is simply superb! It has to be tried!Ideally it should be visited in winter when snow is down and the ski lift nearby are operating.

Stayed at the Lorica Parco Natura for 1 night. We arrived there by motorbikes. The area feel secure and safe. One can walk around the area and can experience great views of the place. The rooms and the restaurant are designed on a modern style. Ample areas and spaces for BBQ's picnics, outside activities, kids area, car parking and camper parking with facilities. Dining is very good and one can taste local cuisine from a good selection of food offered. Rooms are large with TV and heating and very comfortable. Salvatore welcomed us and treated us with respect and was of great help to our needs.Thank you so much

My husband and I had dinner in the Biafora Restaurant this week and it was one of the best restaurant meals we have ever had. We eat out frequently in Italy. The food was of Michelin quality at very reasonable prices. The cuisine was successfully innovative using local produce. The service was outstanding. Overall, first rate. We have already booked our next meal there.

Wow! The atmosphere in this taverna is sooooo Calabrese, wonderful hospitality and a delightful Guilio. The creamy burrata is fresh and so moorish. The tagliolini al tartufo were honest and potently delicious - Guilio made sure I got a grand serving too!The knock out blow was the 60 day aged beef, cooked at our table - not a skerrick of fat and cooked so it melted in your mouth. Premium grade. We couldnât leave the taverna without sampling 4 different liquors and the âspecialâ grappa - if you have a chill, you wonât after drinking this fine drop.And finally, the person that won me over was the hard working chef in the kitchen - big hug and kiss to her who made our wonderful lunch.

This was a surprise! A bit out of the way but the drive is lovely and you would not want to miss this food. We didnt speak a lot of italian and basically said bring us what you think. The food was fantastic, great regional italian food along with a good house wine. Dont miss it.
