Rifugio Genova is on of the most famous of the Alpi Marittime. Since when I was child I have been there almost every year. I advise to go during the week because in the weekend there are often a lot of people. Great view in front of the Rifugio and easy walk to reach.

Excellent! A family business where you can eat proper simple food, nothing fancy but man! it was delicious! Gnocchi al castelmagno, brasato with oven potatoes and apple pie, thatâs what i had. Food is home made with local products, service is friendly and the prices are low. There are 3 main courses, 3 seconds and 3 desserts that you can choose. Better make a reservation

This is a mountain hut really but you can reach by car and experience the very special food made by the couple that run the place. The menu doesn't give you many options but it's really unique. You may not like everything they make but they make a difference in what they serve. They try hard and I strongly recommend you taste something different when in the area. You will remember it.

Simple, next to the winter ski slopes. This is not a restaurant but a very good place for a simple meal.Some of the best hamburgers, made with meat from an excellent butcher in Valdieri.Crepes the way you like them. Honest prices

This is an amazing place surrounded by the mountains, went twice, winter and summer and was really amazing both.The food, ...what to say... it is outstanding. Typical piamontese dishes and wines, with really really good alternatives to choose from.If you are around, do not miss the oportunity to pass by! cause for sure you'll find a great place to enjoy the day, within the mountains and excelent food :)
