We visiting several restaurants around the Garda Lake, this is definitely the best one for us. We visited in the group of six including two 4 year kids. The staff were very friendly a the food simply great. Recommend the Garda antipasto misto and great beef tagliata.

The mostly good food has a price level of a 5 star restaurant in tourist cities (Venezia, Firenze) . The idea of the argentine steakhouse is combined with some "I'd-like-to-be" side dishes where the names are better than the products ("grilled veggies" are raw, "the ash-potato" like from military food truck. The wine is good, but the prices might make you loose the passion to order them. The service slowed really down when the place is full , saving costs by saving personale provokes long breaks before they're "re-seen" on the your table.Not prepared to coop with "ignorant " guests which don't appreciate all the creations the cook .

We didnât have long for lunch as we had a ferry to catch so we chose a starter each - tuna sashimi and the burrata - and a salad to share. Absolutely delicious food, cool tranquil setting and such lovely staff. Only wish we had had time for more. Highly recommended.

Were there many times while staying in Castelnuovo and it was constantly superb. It's a very cozy restaurant with lots of ambience and very friendly staff. The food as antipasto and tortellini con tartufo outstanding with excellent wine for a reasonable value. Aperitife will served in a cellar with prosciutto olives, etc. and all is very cozy and traditional and immediately you feel at home.Complimento!

We returned there after several months, and we found an excellent quality food and friendly yet professional service. Steaks are absolutely top class, especially the fiorentina cut, which MUST be served very rare to fully appreciate its tenderness and amazing taste. Very good veggies and interesting red house-wine.

A hot Saturday evening in probably the best location Sirmione, Lake Garda and this place is heaving with people prepared to line up and wait for a table as were the 4 of us but waiting is no chore as people watching fills the perfectly.Within 15 minutes we were seated and after ordering drinks began to explore the menu which is rich in variety. We shared starters of two salads, one Nicoise and the other Tri-colore both presented beautifully with the freshest of ingredients and bursting with flavour. Most mains consisted of Pasta but I chose the Mixed Fried Fish which was fabulous but coming Fries proved to be a bit more than I could handle but with friends to share this was no problem.The House White Wine is terrific with a little fizz that makes it quite special as was the service by 2 brothers who were as synchronised as robots, amazing meal and a great night out. The bill came to a not unreasonable Euro 100 with tip.

We visited this restaurant after a long day travelling. We were all very tired and hungry but when we arrived we were met by a very friendly waiter. We asked to sit outside but that wasn't possible as it was very busy. The waiter informed us that his mama makes the pasta so we were very excited to try this. When the food arrived it was very tasty and was absolutely worth the visit. I would recommend this restaurant as the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was really delicious and fresh. Thank you very much!!! I hope to see you again ;) a big hug by all the family! Good holidays!

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Myself and my boyfriend visited at the weekend and the staff were extremely friendly. All of the menu is in Italian and neither of us speak any Italian unfortunately. But the waitress read everything out to us in English and was very accommodating. The food is just delicious and the wine selection is fantastic. A must go if you're in the area.

Everything at this restaurant was praiseworthy, from the room, to the food, the wine, and especially the service, as nine English speakers (and one Italian referee) undoubtedly tested our server's patience with our barrage of questions, our requests for off-menu items, and changing the order of our courses. Elegant might be the best way to describe it all. The dishes were all beautifully presented, and the flavours complex and delicious. Desserts were superb too. Situated high above Pastrengo, this fort of a restaurant overlooks Lake Garda and wine country. The inside is stunning brick with the design coordinating off little rooms with the hall. This is a large restaurant, apt for parties or just a few people. Busy place. We had the menu di Terre. Very good, especially the raw beef. Wine menu was a bit limited. Plenty of easy parking, follow signs to restaurant when heading to Pastrengo.
