I too my colleague for a business dinner and we were both very impressed. The decor is wonderful and expresses the owner's character very well. We ordered the cooked fish antipasti and were unable to eat all of the food. The wine was good and the evening pleasant. I will definitely be going back. The owner gave us a discount and we paid 120 euro for 2.

If you are on a trip through Italy and do not care about the surroundings or the grandeur of the rooms, but are more interested in good traditional Italian food and wine (extensive wine list), this is one of Italy's places to be. If you like intestines, like tripe (tripa a la mentha), kidneys, liver, even more so. I think I imagine some peoples faces already, but don't worry, there is plenty more. What to think of a succulent cod with polenta; risotto with porcini mushrooms; a so tender veal chop, 2 centimeters thick, broiled on the barbecue and cooked just right? Sorry, we couldn't eat any dessert. Give away prices.

Enjoy a cozy place where you can have all kind of drinks you like, yeas, spirits included...!One of the girls' name behind the counter is Elisabetta, but they are all very kind and will try remembering your name if you become a regular!I've enjoyed a prosecco (Italian Champaign) and crisps... Here you can also enjoy lots of different kind of cake and sweets...Anyway, do come if you are around here, I can guarantee you'll not be disappointed!

I have found this place in the Michelinguide before our trip. I have found it very interesting and attractive though our hotel was in Padua. The taxi costed 38 Eur on our way to the restaurant and 52 eur on our way back. The reason was not clear at all but we did not mind it. The staff was extremly friendly, the place beautiful and smart, We have chosen the menu degustazione called Viaggiando con me. it consists of 8 courses (3 seafood, 3 meat dishes and 2 deserts). They have a menu only in Italian and the staff spoke poor English. Fortunatly I speak good Italian therefore we could easily discuss the dishes and the wines. All dishes were excellent and the the paired wines just perfect.

Very nice restaurant located at the San Paolo hotel. The menu is nice with all local dishes. Personal is helpful with translating. Food is of a high quality and very tasty

My dining experience at Al Corso was sublime. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the bistec. The chef and wait staff were entertaining and provided many helpful recommendations. I will definitely return to Al Corso on my next trip to Venice and recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Great restaurant with high quality meat. Brazilian style. But the contorno is good as well with grilled vegetable etc. I'm not such a fan of dolce but the Tiramisu...one of the best I've ever had. The location is nice. Obviously very meat heavy so not for every day.
