The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice, western-like.
The service is fast and nice. The food is of good quality, tasty, big portions.
There's a wide variety in the menu, prices are reasonable.
During the weekend it worth to reserve place, because they are usually full.
Recommended for everyone!

It is near to Budapest, Soroksar. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. The place is nice and the staff is polite. When we were there, there were noone.. The kitchen was quick so we got our meals freshly and they were tasty as well. My Turkey was small but it was fine. Recommended.

As an American living in Diosd, Johnny's is a oft-needed reminder of home. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak wonderful English. The burgers are good quality, and the quesadillas and milkshakes as well. My favorite go-to however is the spicy chicken fingers. The price is the only downside... it is a bit too much for multiple trips a month, but it's a nice treat. :) The atmosphere is cozy, and there is a covered outdoor room for larger groups (10-15 total I'd say)

This place looked very creepy for us (a couple) far before from visiting it. We always wondered how many tables this restaurant has because we could not believe that there are only two of them.
Well, our thoughts became reality, and we sat at one of the tables. The chairs reminded us of the seats that village cinemas have. However, this is the style of Kazincy utca's restaurants. Most of them have some sort of the trashy furniture and decorations. So it does not matter which food these places offer (Indian, Mexican, Thai, ect.) because you will always have a feeling sitting somewhere in the junk yard.
The food was very average. We don't remember that it was cheap for that size.
The service didn't look polite and at some point, we were scared that the owner of this restaurant will put other customers to sit with us at the table. Thanks God, the second table became empty, and we didn't need to share our table with strangers.

We only had 25minutes to jump in this restaurant. From the window I saw a man fishing. So romantic view. Our meals were ok with lots of garlic and as a surprise with noodles.. The coffee tasted very good. For sure I want to visit this place for a longer visit in summer time.

Amennyiben nagy a család/rokonság/összejövetel és keresni kellene egy jó éttermet, fantasztikus ételekkel, családias, nagyon figyelmes kiszolgálással, elegendő parkolóhellyel, Budapesthez közel, Duna-parton,a taksonyi Sziget Éttermet mindenki szíves figyelmébe ajánlom.
A hétvégi svédasztalos menüjük fenomenális, a kiszolgálás udvarias, az ár-érték arány ugyancsak tökéletes.
Már többedszerre jártunk náluk nagyobb családi körben (ez a 15-35 főt jelenti) és mindig minden tekintetben kifogástalan volt az étterem. Menjenek, hogy még sokáig meglegyen!

Just look to the waiters. really pros. Food is Hungarian, monthly and daily menus. Be prepared - one portion might be enough for too, but anyway, they are packing it for you if you want to take away.
Do not afraid to take the wine of the house, its absolutely OK.
One drawback - no credit cards accepted ( ATM is close, but anyway)

The design of the restaurant is kind of western style, everything is made of timber, horse saddles for seats at the small bar and large wooden benches inside and in the outdoor Seating area. The staff is really friendly. I can't say that I'm a steak maniac but I do love a good steak. I lived in the UK for 20 years over which I've had plenty of steaks at various places But I'd never imagined that it will be in Hungary that I'll have the "steak of my life". From first visit I've been here several times and tried most that's on the menu and I can say that the chef knows what he's doing, I simply couldn't go wrong with any of my orders. I'd love to hear an opinion of a true "beefeater" what he (she)'s got to say about this steak because to me it's certainly nr1.

So keep it short - recommended!
Good kitchen, nice trendy design, fitting for a quick romantic lunch or dinner, but also having enough space for an event with dozens of guests.
We have tried the deer fillet and the pullet with mushrooms and both were excellent.
Will return for sure!
