A bit out of the crowded restaurant area on the harbour, 5 minutes walk in the climbing in the small pittoresk streets appear a garden of taste ... This restaurant is just excellent for the quality of food, the traditional dishes and the service ... Family owned, all dishes are excellent : try in particular the lamb and the stifado. Deserves really a visit ...

When visiting the Greek Islands we lok to eat in traditional tavernas and not the ones in te tourist areas or with pictures on their menus!
It was therefore necessary to put Finikas ( means palm tree i believe) on our list of places to eat in he evening
On arrival we were met with a very warm welcome and took up the second to last table available, the last being taken a few minutes later
Food was delicious and we can highly recommend the meatballs from the meze menu as a starter and of course the pork rolled in apple and plums which was, and appears to always be, the special
The one downside, we were told the pork was served with salad and potatoes.it came with chips which were very soggy as they were sitting in the gravy. I would ask for my chips on a side dish or perhaps potatoes instead.
House rose was great and cery good value
Yup, we would return to try different items from the menu
Go along expecting a very traditional atmosphere and food and you will leave very happy and with a number of euros still in your pocket!

Visited there with a Greek Friend - it's a pleasant place to sit, eat and while away the evening. The atmosphere was calm, the service good and the food okay.

At extremely short notice–30 minutes, the owner and staff of Limnonari were able to provide us with a wonderful supper spread to near 50 people after our 8 boat flotilla sailed into the bay in July 2017. The wonderful local dishes were excellent, the drink plentiful and the environ amenable. I can't rate the staff and service highly enough!

We ate here twice during our week in Skopelos and enjoyed the food and service on each occassion. The location overlooks the bay with tables outside (weather permitting however they do supply blankets for those feeling the cold during their meals). The menu is quite big with a good selection of starters and main courses including some greek specialities. It also has an ample wine list. The atmosphere is relaxed and the waiters are friendly and informative. The food is not cheap here but the ambience, food and service we thought was worth it. The weather changed for the worse on our last night with no tables outside so I recommend you book ahead if you're planning a visit. My wife celebtrated her birthday here and the staff dimmed the lights , sang happy birthday and presented her with a special dessert with a candle and sparklers!! Great night !!

We had the best lunch time in the Island. We went at Stafilos Restaurant twice because we loved the quality of the food. The food was so tasty. More specifically we ordered greek traditional dishes such as: ''Greek salad'' , ''Musakas'', and Fried fish with hellenic traditional sauce which called: ''Skordalia''. All the dishes were fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly with us all the time... Also being so excited with the food at the Stafilos Restaurant we drunk the traditional ''Greek Coffee'' enjoying the astonished view that the Restaurant has...
As regards the prices were very good about the quality that the food had.
The next time that i will be in Skopelos i will visit the Stafilos Restaurant again!
Last but not least i would like to thank the Stafilos Restaurant staff for its lovely hospitality.

Kanela Breakfast house has a vast variety of breakfast options, ranging from delicious sandwiches and cheese pies to apple pies, chocolate cakes, and awesome cupcakes. You can also get coffee (which is also better than in most places).
The only drawback is that there are not enough tables, and people seem to really take their time using them even long after they've finished their breakfast, despite the large number of customers.

Very tasty sweet cream pie. A bit long waiting time, because the the pie is being prepared fresh after you order it. It's 4 euro a pie and it's big. Good for sharing between 2.
Negative point. The owner was smoking inside the shop while we were eating.
