I have been here on work-occasions several times during a 3-4 years period. It was bad when in opened and it hasnt gotten any betting in time.
the food is simply not good and the bar-keepers do not know how to serve drinks, and gave me a whisky full of ice without even asking first.
quite expensive and bad value.

It's not Pizza Hut, definitely not the one in Akihabara where they put 2D girls on your pizzabox and it isn't Domino's where they put IPhone scan thingies on the pizzabox so you can be entertained by a mini vocaloid character while you eat your pizza.
Ladies and gentlemen, put your your phones down (unless you're Reading this on your phone, in which case, continue) because this is a family pizza restaurant. More or less.
You order your pizza, they bring it, you eat it, you pay and then you leave. In that order. It's alright when you want to watch a movie afterwards.
It's not the fanciest of places, but, gentlemen, if you have a date that includes dinner and a movie and your date happens to like pizza, then this is the place.
It's alright.

I dont know where to start cause everything fitted very well in Festiviteten! From the interior, to the service, the clean restrooms, and dont get me started with the food, I LOVE IT! As a traveller, I make sure I eat at the best place/s in town. 51 cities and "I-dont-know-how-many-restaurants" after, I can definitely say Festiviteten is the best one I had, and that is no joke. Dont let the "fancy" exterior of the place scare you, cause you get the excellent quality of food for a moderate price. This restaurant is highly-recommended!

Å small and intimate café. Serves a good variaty of beer and coffee. Also have som tasty lunches and dinners. The staff are very polite and helpful. No big news if you get a tasty beverage on the house.

Excellent amongst shopping centre cafes, otherwise still above average. Bright and open location with pleasant staff. Very good choice of vegetarian food - outstanding for a cafe in Norway (pulse based burger, pearl-spelt greek salad, stir fry, broccoli quiche) - with some imaginative ingredients. If you're out shopping at the Amfi centre or even the Stopp centre at Tunejordet, well worth heading here for brunch/lunch.

Some years ago the Whole Family used to visit Lebanon frequently so we know the Lebanese Food very well, and this dinner brought us back to the "good old days in Lebanon!" We had the Family platter With lots of different types of Food, The quality was very high, the portions generous, the prices reasonable and the service excellent! The walls and decoration are very Lebanese, and the TV screen showed Arabic Entertainment. We will Return to this great Place!

Jeg spiste det de kalte kyllingburger som var et tørt kjøttstykke med uinspirert tilbehør som så ut som et lite barn hadde lagt opp. Dette skulle de ha 99kr inkl kaffekopp. Prisen er isolert sett ikke noe å klage på men retten og presentasjon med tilbehør er som sagt utrolig dårlig. Fine lokaler med flott bakgård

The waitor was nice and took the drinkorder right away.
We all had pizza-bufet, and they made new pizzas once we ordered the bufet. The pizzas had different selection of topping, there was salad and two sauces
It's situated at the main square of Sarpsborg.
You get what you expect, and it's a ok place to have lunch.
