If you are in the mood for Turkish "Kuru Fasulye" (bean stew), this is really place to go. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Rize. It has free parking.
Kuru fasulye is amazing. You should order it with white rice. Be warned that they don't refrain from using fat but that adds to the taste. We also tried the pickles. They have a special local way of serving them and it ia very good. We also tasted sutlac (rice pudding). They were all very good. The prices seem to be normal.

The road to this restaurant was winding and in awful shape, lots of ditches and holes. But the view from the top was spectacular and the food was good. They brought several pans for our group of 10, which was a good social experience.

It is one of the most famous spot in Turkish Black Sea Coast. It is situated in Cayeli-Rize. Kuru fasulye (beans) is the best in the world. Also rice avd kavurma should been tried. Together with yoghurt and pickles of course.
It is a typical Turkish taste which will be unforgottable and special to area...
Definitely a must....

Two floors restaurant, indoor and outdoor tables arrangement is perfect for large group number. The location is breathtaking on the bank of Fartina river, you can't miss this restaurant on your way from or to Ayder. Parking is available too.
The food is very delicious and fresh. Go for their famous Mahlama (Kuimak), river fish and Kufte. To be honest almost everything in the menu tastes really good.
We have been served by Mustafa, an Iraqi waiter, who speaks Arabic, English and Turkish. His service was excellent and made our order much easier.
Enjoy a meal here after finishing from river rafting the most popular activity in this area.

this is a very public restaurant, I didn't have the chance to eat there but I went a cross and it seems very clean. tables are inside and you can chose from the buffet.

When you are in Black Sea, sea food is a mustt. And for sure these people know how to prepare it to be as tasty as possible. Good service and clean place.

Şehir merkezinde, lakin pek göz önünde bir yer olmadığı için biz de tavsiye üzerine araştırıp bulduk. Eski bir konak restoran haline getirilmiş. Konağın odalarına masalar konularak restoran yapılmış, sade döşenmiş, çok geniş değil, her odanın ayrı bir havası var, bizim yemek yediğimiz oda eskiden yatak odasıymış herhalde, çok güzel bir gardırop vardı. Her tarafı ahşap ve tarihi bir yapı.Gittiğimiz an itibariyle de tarihi havaya uygun hafif bir müzik vardı. Personel güleryüzlü ve kibar. Pidelerden önce sıcak puf lavaş, tereyağı, bal ve ezme geldi. Bu yörede yapılan pideler genellikle yağlı olmasına rağmen burada yediklerimizin yağı ve tuzu kararındaydı. Kavurmalı, karışık ve kuşbaşılı denedik. hepsi çok güzeldi fakat en güzeli kavurmalı olandı, Bu yörede yediğim en güzel birkaç pideden bir tanesiydi. Rize merkezde pide yemek isterseniz öncelikle tavsiye ederim.
