The restaurant has a rugged grace, much in line with the Sardinian inland. An extensive menu with plenty of local meats and mushrooms, all spotlessly cooked and served. Also the open wine (an austere sangiovese and syrah) deserves full respect. This place is definitely worth the detour.

For the Easter Holidays we flew over to Sardegna with our two kids.We were sincerely welcomed at Sa Rosada. The restaurant is well located and nicely decorated .
The barman was one of the traditional pagan mamuthones in the yearly carnaval and we could try on his ancient mask. He had been to Antwerp,Belgium too with his group in the past. The patron was also extremely friendly and we had a very tasty lunch!

We revisited this agriturismo after our first visit two years ago, and were delighted by the consistent quality. Seasonal produce, with star billing for the sweetest ricotta of spring, made for a great, relaxed evening meal, which also included very good prosciutto, vegetables, wild asparagus fritters, and perfectly cooked lamb and pork. Be sure to book ahead; four visitors who came in were reluctantly turned away. Sardinians are noted for their warm hospitality, but the proprietors explained to us that they could not serve them because they prepare everything carefully: if you book for 8.30pm for nine people, as we did, the food will be on your table at that time. It was; and it was varied and delicious. A special mention for the dessert of seadas made with ricotta filling, and not the usual cheese filling - delightful,light, indeed one of our group who does not like goat's milk products tried one, pronounced it exquisite (it did not taste "goaty"), and promptly asked for and was cheerfully served a second. Donato and Francesca guide this family business, from cooking to serving, and all present at our table enjoyed this meal, very much indeed.

At first sight we were shocked, we were the only guests (our hotel Li Troni in Budoni had made a reservation), and there was just one menu, no choice, no discussion, 33 € per person.
We did not regret our visit at all, we had a rich choice of Sardinian starters with the typical crispy thin bread and a real good Aperitif wine, produced in the vineyard right next to the restaurant. The 2 pastas (Ravioli and Gnocchini) we're delicious with herbs and spices and local meat accompanied by an honest tasty red wine and followed by a really jummy piglet with fennel and sellery. We had some fruit as desert and a decent Espresso followed by the inevitable Mirto, the Sardinian digestif. The service was extremely friendly and understanding too.

Looking for somewhere to eat we followed the road down the Valley, to reach this lovely Refuge with fantastic views across the Flumineddu Valley. Food is served once all a re seated.. Over abundant Antipasto, Did not try the Pasta and a sublime Porcetta washed down with the great red house wine.... Bill economic considering the amount of food provided... Althoguh we did not sleep there the place seemed very pleasant and clean with helpful staff. Reccomend

Our company is the ideal place for those seeking unspoiled nature in a territory rich in forms bizarre and suggestive, Symphonies, colors and sensations that are completed in the most courteous hospitality. Ertila is located on the plateau of Bitti, about 900 meters above sea level, at the foot of Punta sa Woman walking distance by mountainous nature reserves of Crastazza and Tepilora. In the territory that has characteristics environmental high interest, viv ono the Sardinian partridge, the Sardinian hare, wild boar, marten, the cat Wild and there the golden eagle nests (which can be viewed while hunting). In the spring the environment is enlivened with multicolored blooms, including that of the beautiful peony.

We were recommended to park outside this Agriturismo at the start of our walk. We let them know that we would be back three hours later for lunch and, after a spectacular walk through the forest, we arrived back at 1pm not really knowing what to expect. We were overwhelmed! We started with antipasti consisting of ham and salami with caponata and onion relish; then came a huge plate of pasta in meat and tomato sauce with cheese; this was then followed by roast lamb (a huge platter full) with salad; then cheese, fruit and pastries. The meal was washed down with a litre of water and a litre of local red wine (not all drunk, I'm afraid to say!) with a glass of Mirto and a coffee to finish with! We were full!! And the cost? €25 each and worth every penny! Do find an excuse to visit!!

Bedo not expeno nonsense simple pizza restaurant with plastic chairs looking like a camping restaurant, but hell! Whata great pizza's are these people serving! You wont find betterin la caletta and surroundings. Enjoy!

We went to Montiferru in search of a real italian agriturismo experience. And that was exactly what we got! The drive there was beautiful, passing through fields and then lush greenery.
They do a set menu, and we wished that we had gone with a large group because they serve so much delicious food. You start off with a very generous spread of antipasti, followed by two pastas, then delicious meat dishes (both pork) and then dessert, fruit, and coffee. They say it is a 3 course menu, but it was more like a 7. Word of advice: Don't completely fill up on the antipasti (as delicious as they are), it's a long lunch.
The set menu also includes local wines, can't comment on these as we were getting over colds and avoided drinking. Instead they brought us a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, as they were worried that we weren't drinking.
The staff were incredible. Despite the language barrier, they were warm and accommodating. They even sent us off with a packet of homemade treats. It was an experience we will always remember!!

We visited during a family holiday and were all delighted with this gorgeous family run restaurant!
Delicious food and great wine that complimented really well...I think this was my favourite restaurant during our week trip to Sardinia!
Would definitely recommend if you have kids as the owners are just great with them!
Very clean and welcoming.
