激辛ブームの中、播州織で有名な西脇にある「内橋らーめん」
野菜の甘みを活かしているというが黒砂糖でも入っているのかと疑うほど、甘さを感じる。
元々織の女工さん達が好んで食べたラーメン。普通ラーメンには甘味が少ないが、女工さん達がデザートの満足感を得る為に甘くなったという。
これはこれ、ご当地ラーメンとして近くに行った時は是非、お試しあれ！
何やかやと織元に行く際によっているので、今回で２回目

西脇のご当地ラーメンが食べれるお店です。
しょうゆラーメンがメインで少しこってり味のラーメンです。メニューは豊富でラーメンや定食のほかにもいろんな一品料理があります。あと火曜日は定休日でした。

One of the few remaining restaurants with an open kamado oven in front of house. Amazing craftsmanship from all chefs and kitchen staff in front and back of house. Outstanding service all on a beautiful property. Everything is outstanding, and this is a true jewel in the crown of Japanese culinary craft. Eat and drink everything!
