Körfez is a town and district of the Kocaeli Province in the Marmara region of Turkey. It was created from eastern part of Gebze and western part of İzmit (Then called Center) districts in 1987. It has borders with Şile to north, Derince from east, Dilovası from southwest and Gebze from west. Its center was called Yarımca before a district center. Hereke and Kirazlıyalı were towns with municipality until abolition of their municipalities in 2009 and were converted in quarters. The mayor is İsmail Baran (AKP) and the district governor is Hasan Hüseyin Can.

Oncelikle mekan mahalle arasında caminin altında kalan salas bir yer bakımlı veya elit bir yer değil ancak bölgede çok tutulan ve sürekli yoğun olan bir yer. Lahmacun ve acıları her ne kadar güzel olsa bile daha hijyenik olmaları lazım ve de personel artık müşteriye doymuş ilgisiz umursamazlar eskiden daha çok ilgi vardı müşteriye. Lahmacun yanında salata dışında da ekstra bir meze vs yok fiyatları da en son 4.5 tl idi. Kapalı ayran var paket servis yapıyorlar.lahmacun lezzetli olsada mekan calisanlar meze vs. Genel anlamda ailece tercih etmediğim arkadaş çevremle zaman zaman gittiğim bir mekanın ötesine geçemedi benim için

Il suo nome vuol dire Stella Marina, e fa parte di una serie di ristoranti di pesce tutti allineati sul Lungo Mare di Izmit, che a prima vista sembrano identici. Questo l’ho provato più volte e il risultato è sempre stato positivo.
Il pesce si può scegliere da un espositore o ci si può far consigliare se si conosce un po’ la lingua. La scelta dipende dalla stagione di pesca, a volte può essere limitata. Servono alcolici, il vino in Turchia è tassatissimo e quindi costoso, consiglio di provare il Raki (liquore all’anice turco, il corrispettivo dell’Ouzo greco) diluito al 50% in acqua: i locali spesso bevono così.
Antipasti (mezè) per tutti i gusti: vi portano le vaschette su un vassoio e voi scegliete. Pesce prevalentemente alla griglia (izgarà balìk). D’estate si può mangiare all’aperto nel giardino che si affaccia sul mare.

atmosfer ferah, yemekler inanılmaz lezzetli, aşçılar süper, fiyatlar da kaliteye göre uygun. Çevredeki bankaların, sağlık kurum çaalışanların ve gerçekten temizlik, hijyen ve damak tadına önem verenlerin uğrak yerlerinden biri. Sahibi 40 yıllık eski esnaf. Öyle sosyal medya benzeri platformlarda yer almak için birçabası da yok anladığım kadarı ile. Yolunuz körfeze düşerse mutlaka uğrayın derim.

Hergün mevsime uygun sebzelerle farklı farklı güzel zeytinyağlı yemekler yapıyorlar, etli yemekleri ise her zaman çok güzel oluyor. Mekan sahibi Yeliz hanımın yaptığı tatlıları da bizim ekip çok seviyor. Kısacası hem sağlıklı hem lezzetli hem temiz yemek arıyorsanız Hanımeli bu çevredeki en iyi yer. Bu arada mekanın dekoru da çok şirin.

One of the best fish restaurants I have ever eaten in in Turkey! Everything from service, quality, and choice was #1! The owner is always available and welcomes you on arrival, during and leaving the restaurant and is so involved in making your meal excellent! I would and have recommended this restaurant to many friends!

It is suprized to me to find "Urfa Kebap" restaurant at this region. Delicious "Urfa durum kebap " and " cartlak kebap"(lamp liver) together with sidedishes make you full at all. You can take restaurant made "ayran" as a drink and dont miss to take "kunefe" for closing the meal. All of them are good and tasty, servis quality and speed are very nice. Price is o.k. I recommend to go to restaurant if you are around here or just stop to go eating when you are at ist-ankara highway or on the D100 road.

My wife and I found Kasr-i Cakir Restaurant by accident while walking the waterfront trail in Korfez, Turkey. The first thing we noticed was that they have small rooms with individual cookers where you can cook your own food in privacy. Very neat. So we went back for lunch with our son and sat inside. The restaurant looks out over the Sea of Marmara and is beautifully decorated. This is a first class facility, but the prices were not at all out of line. They brought a variety of appetizers as part of the meal. We tried the adana kebab and a lamb stew like dish. Both were excellent. Portions were more than adequate. This is a very classy restaurant with excellent food. The servers were very nice and efficient. They did not appear to speak much, if any, English, but we had no trouble ordering. If you are looking for a nice restaurant in Korfez, this is the place!
