Small restaurant directly at the harbour and with large windows allowing the light and view to shine. Limited menu card but very well combined selection. Small portions and 3-4 courses are recommended. Homemade bread and complimentary startes was a joy, beautiful presentation and very well prepared and cooked. Staff were friendly with a passion for their job. Good wine selection. Outdoor facilities and services weather permitting

We have eaten here a few times and even used their Takeout and fest-menu. Its been great allways! Great Danish food with that special something! It's great value for the money - simple and very tasty! Don't expect to eat at a fine restaurant with tablecloth and fine service, it's very simple!

Enjoyed a sunday brunch here. Location and views are stunning. However the brunch buffet was of variying quality. But would definately go here again, as staff is nice and location second to none in Holbaek. There are no other Places locally that can match it on location and atmosphere!

Good traditional Chinese food, with a tone of Danish and Japanese cuisine.
The interior is typical Chinese with a good atmosphere.
The buffet gives you the opportunity the mix between Danish, Japanese and Chinese food, while choosing from the menu card will give you traditional Chinese food.
The polite staff speaks Danish, English and Chinese.
Finding the place could be a little hard. It is behind of the Main Street called Ahlgade. However, if you go to the Nikolai Church, you will see the sign of the restaurant besides the church. The address of the restaurant is Kirkestræde 4, 4300 Holbæk

I havent got anything else to compare this place to in Denmark, but the food was very tasty and with excellent portions. The restaurant has its own brewery, and the ales are all excellent. the staff were very friendly and professional, with the typical friendly laid back Danish mentality. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Holbeak.

The chain of Vivaldi coffee-shops is spreading accros the region of Sealand. It seems their concept is one of picking prime locations in the larger Sealand towns and offering a bistro style menu and atmosphere. They succeed on interior and general bistro atmosphere - however their food seems a strange mix of pastas, burgers and snacks. I find the general quality of the food in general is slightly disappointing, service is painstakingly slow and their pricing seem to have gone through the roof. In fact many of their menu items seem considerably more expensive than compared to a main street bistro in Downtown Copenhagen...

Went for dinner, nice restaurant and the foot was delicious. Had the shrimp fajitas, really tasty and nicely served. Recommend!

Situated directly on Holbæks shopping street you will with a very friendly atmosphere, smiling waiters and nice setting and good food. If you order a Sandwich like menu you will get a great bun with an overwhelming amount of content served with handcut fries and a very small salad. If you like greens then order the salads :)

Go here for Danish smørrebrød and the towns best Schnitzel as big as the plate. The atmosphere is "back in the old days" style. And the decorations are both antique and real Danish. You can sit "outside" all year and watch the Fjord. Local and great quality food.

If you like Grampa, you'll love this place. Here you get old-fashioned sandwiches for 30x what they cost in the day, complete with ruined pool tables and smoke. LOTS of cigarette smoke. But it's one of the few honest places left, like life used to be in 1960. So you gotta love it.
This is the real deal. They offer an oyster festival once a summer outside, great time.
