浜松に行けばやはり鰻は欠かせません。
「あつみ」さんは、創業明治40年の老舗です。
注文を受けてからさばいて焼き上げるので、40分～60分かかるとあります。
うな重には一匹入っています、吸物・漬物・フルーツ付き、＋50円で肝吸に変更できます。
備長炭でかりっと焼いた皮、身はふわっとした食感。
あまりしつこくなく、鰻の旨味が最高に美味しいです。
タレはあっさり、ご飯が進みます。
デザートの静岡メロンが美味しくて、後口サッパリしました。

Their tarts covered with fresh fruit and berries is just to die for! Bit on the expensive side but worth it! Very consistent quality having eaten their tarts several times the past 10 years.

We waited to be seated for 1 hour. I will not recommend anyone to be here again. Too simple, too normal, worse than expected. Gyoza was only ok to eat, actually not delicious alike buying from cheap supermarket. Price was not too high, but to compare with food, personally, there was not cost-effective. If you want to try once, it would be ok.

パリッと焼かれた上品なうなぎです。
丼と重の違いは若干ですが重の方がうなぎが大きいとの事。
浜松うなぎではかなりの上位ランクです。

I went there just to have the famous Unagi from Hamamatsu and I chose this restaurant. The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious. However, I think that the service could be better.

If you're after gyoza then this unassuming restaurant is the place to go in Hamamatsu. Unlike a lot of gyoza which is usually grilled, Fukumitsu lightly (?) deep fry their gyoza which gives it a crispy outer casing. Their gyoza also contains a lot of minced cabbage so it's not too meaty. The restaurant itself is quite dated and quite crowded at lunch and evening times, so be prepared to queue then. The menu basically consists of gyoza, rice and miso soup at none-too-expensive prices. 30-40 gyoza will set you back now more than 2000 yen. Only drawback it that it's a bit far from Hamamatsu station if you don't have a car to use.

We had the unagi, tempura sets, oysters and katsu. All were super delicious. What I think is a family run place, its next to the seaside with parking at the front. The service was warm and very friendly. The tempura is made different and is really good. Am really pleasured to dine here.

鰻重竹2600円でした。
うなぎは器に入りきらない大きさです。身も分厚く、柔らかくて美味しいです。
コスパ最高です。
平日でしたが、12時過ぎると満席でした。
ごちそうさまでした。
