這家薩貝爾也是福州比較老的西餐廳之一，開業也有十多年之久，它家的意麵、飯類，尤其是焗飯做的都很不錯，但是要說它家最棒的，還是芝士類產品，芝士披薩或者是芝士條，都是百吃不厭。

Antai House Restaurant was founded at least 50 years ago.Here you can enjoy tradtional local dishes of Fuzhou. For example,taro mud,fish ball,pot eage plaster,eight treasures rice,meat swallow.I regard this restaurant as the top one among hundreds of restaurants which can provide Fuzhou local dishes.

Had Luncj lasting over 2 hrs at this very large Restaurant with mostly private dining room. The place we were in was a very large room with conference and large round table to accodate more than 12 guests. wen through an elaborate 7 course Chinese meal

アモイの中でもなかなか美味しい中華を食べさせてくれるお店だと思います。特に海鮮はおススメです。飲茶のメニューもどれも美味しく、午前中や昼時には飲茶のチョイスも良いと思います。

I was hosted to dinner by a couple of business associates, who ordered the Fo Tiao Qiang or "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall" which apparently originated from Fuzhou and takes 2 days to prepare using only top quality ingredients. It was very tasty - I finished the last drop of soup.
I was told this restaurant serves the best Fo Tiao Qiang in Fuzhou.
The other dishes, whose names I cannot recall, were all very tasty as well.
The restaurant has private rooms for different group sizes where you can talk business in relative privacy.
I can't say if it's good value for money because I do not know how much the meal cost, but I suspect it wasn't cheap.

位在正大廣場的這家魚旨壽司，以「加州卷」也就是創意壽司為主要的賣點，它的外觀很好看，味道帶點新奇，適合喜歡嘗鮮的人。
但以「日本料理」的角度來看，其壽司只能算是一般。

福州にある日本料理屋さんで、店員が日本語を話す方が2、3人いるので便利です。
料理は少しアレンジが入っていますが美味しい料理を作ってくれます。
