I had lunch buffet here with my family and relatives...dad's elder brother and cousins. Booked a 20 seater table over the phone. The food was awesome. It kept coming and coming. Very delicious food veg & non-veg. Too good ....Truly good. .. 5 star offering at
5 star prices. Expensive..all right. Agreed. But very delicious hygienic food served on a traditional plate for traditional palates. Yeah...!!

We went on a Sunday with Reservations made earlier. There is no hope of getting admittance without a reservation.
The food was extremely well prepared, delicious, plentiful, varied and served professionally. One can check out the menu and dishes in detail in advance on their website. If you do this, be sure to read carefully (or ask at reservation time) because not all dishes are available at all times.
Parking on the premises costs a few rupees, nothing outrageous. If you are being dropped there, you may have to tell the guards/security you have a reservation at this restaurant.
The cool thing about this restaurant is it is staffed by volunteers. The proceeds of the restaurant go towards charitable ventures. Good food for a worthy cause, even if it is on the pricey side appeals to my occasional urge to splurge!

If Paprika is defined by one thing - then it is their Manager Harkaran Singh. Never seen a better Hospitality professional. Saw him picking plates and serving the guests himself leaving his dinner midway. Since we were staying at the Hotel we saw Harkaran at 11.30 p.m and at 9.30 a.m. the next morning. On talking to him we learnt that his typical day starts at 7.30 a.m and ends at 12-12.30 p.m and he was literally living the hotel. He actually enjoyed being at Paprika and ensuring the best F&B experience for guests.
Coming to Food we had a buffet dinner. Their was wide variety as can be expected from a top notch restaurant. Do ask for a thin crust pizza with extra cheese. The service staff was at your beck and call and were ensuring that all the guests had whatever they wanted. Overall a very nice place to dine in.

This is one of the restaurants within Hilton Chennai. We had reserved a table, but we got here almost an hour later since our car broke down. Yet, we got a nice table at a good location within the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant, the decor, the lighting , the setting of the food counters and almost everything is so pleasent that this would seem to be the best place for celebration of any important event with friends or family. The point i liked the most is that we had all the privacy, despite so many other guests in the restaurant; nice layout of the restaurant/counters.
We were here for dinner, the restaurant offers buffet in dinner and most of us in the family opted for the buffet. The restaurant is open till 11pm. There were plenty of choices for vegetarians, indeed there were 4 various preparations of Paneer alone ! The food was delicious. There's so much to eat, you can only select a few. The desserts were fantastic.
Service was prompt and courteous throughout the dinner. The icing on the cake was the cake itself on the house by the restaurant for the birthday celebration of our son. The cake was outstanding ! For a luxury of this standard, the amount in the bill was comparable with similar 5Star hotels. We walked away with complete satisfaction. Will be here again for yet another celebration or special occasion.

Awesome food!! Chef Amerik ensured that we had a great evening with some nice kebabs and couple of drinks!! Sheek Kabab was brilliant!! And main course roti and chicken butter masala style gravy was outstanding!!! Super service!! Staffs there are so cheerful and positive that makes your experience very cherishable!! Keep it going!! Will be there soon!!!

Went with friends for dinner.. Must say the spread is luxurious. Specially the south Indian counter was the best among all.
Service is perfect as always, subroth and panda were amazing.
Will be back again guys next week.

As ITC is always known for his great hospitality and care of his valuable customer.
Me and my friend visited here in Café Mercara Express for lunch' We were welcomed by the staff. They was very warm with the smily faces.
Staff was very courteous and they was doing out of their ways to make us comfortable. Food was very delicious and mouthwatering. Atmosphere of Café Mercara Express was awesome...Want to visit again and again.
We enjoyed a lot.

Live kitchen, top fresh food, superb and attentive service combined with value for money and great taste, make Ottimo Cucina to be the best choice for Sunday Brunch in Chennai. Unlimited champagne makes it even a better value and experience.

Fresh oysters, fresh baby lobsters, parma ham, lamb t-bones, chocolate desserts.
You will be pampered here at the same time as the staff makes you feel like you are home. Always smiling and taking care of you. Even the restaurant's masterchef paid us a visit and made a special dish for us. Thank you Zubin Writer, executive sous chef, for making our visit so memorable!
We will come back and can recommend it to our friends. This is a must visit place and restaurant experience in Chennai and India!
