Sri Anjaneya swami is imposing , very well maintained and poojas are systematic , akanda deepam in front of lord is beautiful , prasadam is constantly given free of cost . Sri Raghavendra swami temple and Sri Uttara Guruvayurappan temple are walkable from this temple .

Sai Bhaktas definitely visit this place. Very serene, green, calm and peaceful place. Ample car parking but difficult to find. Food village is the landmark.

Nice to worship Lord Venkateshwara without being pushed much.
for those who cant go to Tirupathi for darshan and esp for senior citizens, this place is a boon. Once inside you can pray peacefully and even collect Laddus as u do in Tirupathi.
Come out and you can have a snack or meal in Saravana hotel next doors.

This temple is a very good example of Dravidian temple architecture and the impressive gateway tower could be mistaken for a smaller version of that at the Meenakshi Amman temple in Madurai. There are several sanctums inside the temple complex (no shoes allowed inside), however, non-Hindus are not allowed inside these sanctums and photos are also strictly prohibited here too.
Don't get tricked by a guide into paying an entrance fee (there isn't one) and, if your finances are limited, save yourself the camera fee by photographing the gate tower from the outside...

We are frequent visitors to this temple as it is within walking distance from our residence. In addition to the main deity of Bhagwan Vishnu in lying position, several others - Vinayak, Anjaneya, Durga Devi, Navgrah, etc. - are also installed. The sanctum sanctorum has been recently fitted with air conditioning. Prasadam prepared on the premises is perhaps the best we have had anywhere.

The Ramakrishna Mutt Temple is part of the campus of the Ramakrishna Mission in Mylapore. It is a modern monument dedicated to Sri Ramakrishna (1836–1886), the 19th century saint and philosopher from Bengal and the motivation behind the setting up of the Ramakrishna Mutt, a monastic organization for men.
The towering white marble edifice is a symbol of Universal Religion. The temple’s architecture is reminiscent of the pink Belur Temple in the headquarters of the Mission near Kolkata. It blends harmoniously with the traditional South Indian temple architecture.

This Sai Mandir is centrally located at Mylapore Chennai. Well maintained one.. Queue system for the Darshan is well organized. You can get your prasad throughout the day. Baba's statue is made up of white marble. Devotees are allowed to go near to the Baba and touch his feet.. offer garlands etc... You can see a holy fire which is being lighted continuously... There are lot of Flower shops in and around the temples... wherein you can purchase flowers etc..

The temple was buzzing with devotees on the auspicious day of Deepawali, it was such a wonderful darshan of the Lord Marundeeswarar, Ambal , Lord Ganesha and Murugan. The temple does allow foreigners, photography is permitted on most areas except the sanctum.

This is a very old temple situated in a lovely neighborhood of old shops. I had a guide for this temple and I received so much more information and came to appreciate the experience so much more. I would have been lost in the tiny lanes just leading up to the temple.
