We visited whilst staying a the Pavillon Royale. We had spotted the place whilst walking along the beach and had dropped in for a drink. We decided to try out the seafood before moving on to a more central location in France. The food was delicious, the service was polite and efficient, the view from the restaurant which is virtually on the beach was breathtaking. OK it was a bit expensive but to eat such lovely food in this location was worth a bit of a premium

We are a traditional Basque restaurant of about 50 seats, with a Terrace overlooking the village square and views of the Mountains. You can taste the local specialties (local charcuterie, tapas, Spanish hake, chipions à la plancha, veal axoa, txuleta 1kg ...) as well as suggestions from the chef (veal sweetbread with cèpes sauce, monkfish tail to the belly, tuna tataki ...).

The very best possible food, atmosphere and service. It is as good as anything that the most exclusive restaurants in London provide, and is less expensive.
The building itself and the grounds are exquisite. The staff are impeccable and the owners are delightful. What a treat it is to go there.

Great view, great food. Small and very dedicated menu with herbes from the chiefs garden. I head a minced gaspacho and for the main course a regional boudin noir, perfect spiced. Service was great and personal.

We found this through Michelin and it is worth its Bib Gourmand Status. Just outside Biarritz and perched high on a hill off the main road, there is a wonderful side Patio area with outside Seating affording stunning views along rolling green hills down to the coast. The Food was fabulous, there was a well-priced menu Option, and Service was extremely friendly and efficient. It was full and luckily we had reserved - and this on a Monday night. But for good reason. Definitely recommend.

Had great dinner, the owner is lovely and authentic. Good food and just about right in size, tiramisu is quite different to what you would expect, but fresh if your up for something different! No frains, just plain and good taste!

Tucked away in a remote residential part of Biarritz, this restaurant offers the complete package: great food, great service, nice atmosphere. The dishes are refined and carefully composed: the chef experiments with a range of unusual flavors such as cardamom-infused carrot mash, or popcorn-flavored foam to go with a soft chocolate fondant. And they all work beautifully. We liked the staff, friendly and jovial but discreet and patient with our mistakes with the french language. We definitely recommend this place to whoever enjoys fine dining.

It was a beautiful evening in August, and we were staying in a villa nearby.It was just a short walk to this relaxing open-air restaurant which had a beachside view of the late-evening surfers catching the last few waves. There,we thoroughly enjoyed tasty Thai salads,several fresh seafood dishes and other culinary delights. There was a vibrant atmosphere and while it was busy we (party of 8) were accommodated without reservation. I will always remember that evening for the good food, great company, pleasant staff, happy atmosphere and the beautiful sunset over the Atlantic ocean. J'espère revenir ici :)
