A meal in this restaurant was the gift from my wife for my 55th birthday, and she hit the nail in the head, I must say. We took the 12 courses tasting menu and we were to tally satisfied with our choice. No one course to critisize, but a couple of them were outstanding: the flounder with molten iberian ham and specially the sirloin treated like a roast beef and foie gras... delicious! Obviouly I cannot comment on price, but sure it's worth for a special occasion.

Absolutely well serviced in a calm ambient an excellent views. The food is very good although we just had a menu (fixed price). Much above the average and typical catalan food.
We came in by chance in our way from Barcelona to Puigcerdà. Lucky day for us

Cena para tres, pizza, pasta y ensalada. La pasta espectacular y buena cantidad. La pizza se apreciaba la calidad de los productos y los precios muy adecuados. Está situado en el casco histórico de berga, no es demasiado grande pero acepta reservas. La camarera y el chef muy simpáticos. Si estamos por la zona volveremos! Nos quedamos con ganas de probar las hamburguesas.

Just arrived in Berga and searched for a restaurant close to the center.
It's not in the main old suburb landmark but it's pretty close.
The menu was around 13€, being really big portions of good and elaborated food.
They included free snack starter.
So, cheap, good location and good meal. I would recommend it.
The room isn't really big and when we arrived it was empty, but it filled fast, really fast.

We had booked this hotel through Travelocity 6 month in advance.
When we arrive Monday afternoon driving about 150 km from our last stop we found closed door, NO stuff, guests etc.
After spending about an hour and a half on the phone with Travelocity, we got someone from the hotel. She spoke only Catalan and offer us to STAY AT THE HOTEL ON OUR OWN without staff for one day,
We refused, booked another place.
Travelocity was not helpful as well.
We had worst experience in hotels in our lives!!!!

Hemos pasado este fin de semana en Berga, buscamos un restaurante para cenar, eramos 8. Hicimos un recorrido y después de varios intentos fallidos ( o estaba cerrado, o nos decían que no había sitio para 8) finalmente encontramos este establecimiento. Un acierto ir. Estaba todo decorado ambientado en halloween, no le faltaba detalle, en la carta una protagonista indiscutible: la crêpe, hay crêpes de todo tipo, dulces, saladas, tradionales, sofisticadas, crepes con hamburguesas, en fin un buen repertorio y todas riquísimas, lo digo porque al ser 8 probamos varias. De postre las crepes dulces, ummmm una pasada y los gofres...igual o mejor, en definitiva difícil que elegir para comer. La relación calidad- precio buenísima como los platos de la carta, buen producto a un buen precio. Y para acabar mi opinión permitidme que haga una mención especial al trato recibido, exquisito, amable, simpático, atento, en serio, quien lee mis opiniones sabe que no suelo recrearse en adjetivos, pero esta vez en lo merecen.
Sin duda, si vais a Berga pasaros a comer una crêpe!

We found this restaurant almost by chance, coming down from Santa Maria de Queralt, in Berga. The place looks modest from the outside, but the white table cloth and the cutlery looked promising. The owners cum staff were friendly and efficient. We had a meal based on mushroom, as this is the season. The salad was nice and fresh and full of tasty mushrooms. And the rice with "bolets" was just perfect. Sincere food, prepared by a chef who knows what he is doing, uses the right ingredients, and believes in local products. This was lunch, so no wine, but the bill amounted to 50 euros only. Great experience.

After Reading other good reviews here, we decided to try 3 a tr3s for lunch while driving from Barcelona to Andorra last week. This place did not disappoint. It was delicious! There were 9 people in our party and we ordered a LOT of food. We were so stuffed at the end of the meal and we wanted to eat more because it was so good, but we just couldn't. And, then we couldn't believe how reasonably priced everything was. This meal was much less than many of our other meals. The service was fantastic as well.
Highly recommended!

We were passing by Berga a sunday night, looking for a place to have a good and quick dinner so to come back to the road right after. We were amused by the comments and ratings for this place so we quickly decided to go for it... unfortunately our expectations were too high.
Still, to be fair, service was very good and very fast; most of the tapas were very good as well (patatas bravas, pimientos padron, prawn lollipops,..) but definitely not huge at all for the price you pay and some are definitely overpriced. I.e. octupus "a la Gallega" is not as good as others say -just good enough- and it is too expensive (17€!!!) for the quantity you get.
May be this was the wrong night to go there. I might give it another try actually, but I can not rank it more than 3 at the moment.
