Well, this happened to me I think first time. The restaurant looks very good and have nice area around. But thats the last positive. The stuff was rude. We order meat for two persons and the portion for two was so small (the meat was not enough for one person) the rest of the plate for two was only not good vegetable. Vine was also terrible. I usually try to find positives, here no.

Visited this restaurant with my son and grandson.
Nicely laid out restaurant with tables not crammed to close together.
Staff were very friendly. Menus available in English. Large choice available.
Our meals were prepared and served quite promptly considering it was a Saturday evening and busy.
Waitress even provide colouring oens and paper for my grandson.
Our meals were excellent and drinks prices were very good. Additional drinks supplied very promptly.
Restaurant is located near bus/tram station on corner of a road junction under a multi storey car park. Slightly hidden away but worth finding.
Good value for money food and drinks.

Very Simple decoration. Nice staff. Typical dessert offer, done by others, with cheesecakes, carrot cake and chocolate cake (The one we got was a little bit dry). Very average place that will need refreshment of the toilet. I would have appreciated homemade cakes.

Been there almost every time when I was in Liberec ...and coming back repetitiously! Interesting location next to university campus with exceptionally good atmosphere, very helpful staff and great variety of sandwiches, cakes, coffees, smoothies and lemonades. Good coffee blends.

When you come into Bily Mlyn from center of town, you are not expecting what is behind the house. Spaceful parking and pleasant Terrace for summer time (of course rather cold now :-) ) . Staff of restaurant is very quick and helpful, takes care of all your needs. Food is good. The only question: is it real wasabi in your starter? I was rather surprised by taste...

This restaurant is very popular with local people. It is always recommended to people visiting. It's a nice busy restaurant indeed the centre of the town and if you are after the traditional Czech cuisine, it's a place to go. Food is good, service friendly. Price is very good.
I do recommend this restaurant.

Overall, it was great dinner. Service was probably the best part of the night, because they were very helpful with meal allergic adaptation. They were very kind as well.
Meals were tasteful. I highly recommend a coffee dessert.
It was a busy and crowded place so better make a reservation.

I recently spent the weekend in Liberec with my husband for our anniversary. After Reading the great reviews about Chicago on Tripadvisor, and a friend highly recommending it, we had to check it out. First of all, the food is delicious. I had chimichangas and spicy rice, my husband had sliders and fries. I've lived in the States and have been searching for really good mexican food since moving to the Czech Republic and this was the best I've had. The burgers were fantastic and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The portions were also super generous! After our meal, the owner, Ryan came to say hello especially and say happy anniversary and we were treated to complimentary desserts. It felt really special. Anyone travelling to Liberec absolutely has to eat here!

PROS:
restaurant nicely decorated, great atmosphere, located in the center of the city, variety of menu choices
CONS:
poor service - we spent a couple of hours in this restaurant and our waitress did not smile once nor was she friendly when she actually decided to come by our table
food - I ordered the chicken schnitzel and some parts of the meat did not seem to cooked throughly
