We arrived by accident on a sunday-evening ; while there was a baptism party. Katarina adviced us a variety of Greek dishes and we gave âcarte blancheâ. We had superb food, great talks, magnificent views and an unforgettable evening. Greek hospitality on his best!!

We visited the place with friends and families.The place is quite traditional.It was hot during noon time (ventilation with mechanical fans around).The options are limited and the are staff speaking basic English.They were not able to explain the menu options clearly.The food was acceptable.Beverages limited option for beers and wines.Friendly staff however attitude not so clients oriented.

Went there last night ordered the house wine and a Greek salad, wasn't too sure what to order next so waited for the starter to arrive. Greek salad massive and fantastic house wine best in area. Ordered the swordfish for mains excellent would highly recommend this restaurant.

If you want homemade, traditional Greek food, this is your place in Afandou â¦and beyond!We were here five times during our holiday and enjoyed every visit.We are not seafood aficionados and thus we didnât try any of the seafood dishes. We did however try a lot of the other items.The trick here (as with so many other places) is to order several dishes to share. However, donât overdo it, youâll probably be full before you know it. With what I assume is an above average number of visits to the same restaurant for a holiday, we made the most of it and tried different items from the menu. I can only suggest you do the same. I could point out a few dishes that were especially good (such as the Feta Saganaki â¦or the meat balls. â¦or the potato salad), but Iâll probably forget to mention a few things as well (I just did!).Donât forget to pay attention to the daily specials on the board outside the restaurants.The restaurant is quite small and very popular and itâs not entirely unlikely you wonât be able to get a table. We somehow managed to get here just before rush hour and got a table every time. Prices are very fair and thereâs Wi-Fi.

We only found this lovely places half way through our holiday but went back 3 times!! The food is outstanding and the service was superb. Family run and you can tell how much they love it. Loads of local people which always bodes well. Really authentic greek, no gimmicks. Everything we ate was delicious and the portions were very generous. Even the house wine was better than most of the wine we tasted on Rhodes. Brilliant for families as well (even though we didn't have any with us). Very friendly host, warmly welcomed. Offered and featured the best seafood products from which I would choose our favorite products. The funniest thing was to see that the food was cooked not on the electric grill, but on the coals. The portion was big enough, sorry for not shooting sea fish which was a real taste harmony. When it was eaten it was too late :). After all, the surprise was that it served me dessert and national spirits, which surprised me and my girlfriend a lot. Nothing is in vain, but the reception, the food and the good marketing really paid off. Spent time worthy of attention!

Having worked out how to get up to this bar, it was well worth it. We picked a quiet time, but the barman was very friendly and we just had a couple of local beers and enjoyed the heat and views. Also from what we heard from other people the food is great here too. Try to get up there, deffo worth it.Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed during your stay at our place! We were staying at a apartment complex close by.We ate at this restaurant on our first night. We never booked just strolled up and got a table. We had an excellent traditional Greek meal with wine and a Mythos or two...All reviews of this place are correct. Excellent food with great friendly service. I assume it's family owned which makes it better as they have their reputation to uphold.We enjoyed it so much we are here 3 times during our 7 night stay. We used to turn up around 19.30 and always got a table for 2. A word of warning from here onwards it gets full very quickly and guests looking to eat later than 20.00 risk being disappointed for a table.The owner/waiter does not stop all night back and forth taking orders and serving the delicious food. I'd recommend the chicken Soulvaki it was excellent as is all the food.Go try you won't be disappointed. Even the locals drive out to the resturant.10 out of 10.Thank you.Yammas.

Upon our arrival we both were greeted with a warm welcome. A complimentary caraf of fresh water was given and we had time to study the menu. Which has since our last visit has been widely extended. We ordered from the special menu for 2. Feta saganaki starter- amazing undoubtedly the best starter I have had. Meatballs and pasta for my main course- again beautiful. Well presented hot tasty dish. My husband had chicken gyros, tasty tender chicken all beautifully presented-the best. Although the restaurant was busy all customers had a very high level of service and were served in a good time. We have visited many restaurants on the island, for us this have to be our favourite. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, great service from people who's priority is to deliver high quality food at a good price-the best..

On our first week we stopped here only for a drink but staff were so welcoming we decided to go back on 8/8/19 for a meal as we were all inclusive in our hotel but decided to give it a try. We were so glad we did! The food was freshly made and delicious but most of all the staff were amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming that we wish we had more time of our holiday left as we would have definitely have gone back again. If we ever get to go back to Rhodes we would definitely go back there again. Well worth a visit!
