A recent Sunday lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday was better than ever.From canapes to the three excellent courses everything was excellent. Food well presented, very good portion size served by friendly professional staff led by Chris the manager. 'Michelin' star or not this restaurant continues to meet our expectations.We look forward to our next visit in December for a festive dinner.

We paid our third or fourth visit to Sachi's last Friday night and it was as good as ever. Really tasty food, well presented, fairly priced, with friendly, efficient but unobtrusive service in a spacious, relaxing environment. What's not to like? Why, then, has it never been very busy when we've been in? Perhaps it's because of the location - at the far end of an arcade, off the main car park, with all other units (Specsavers, charity shop etc.) being closed in the evenings. Yes, there are signs at the arcade entrance for 'Sachi's' and a menu board but some people will just walk past without venturing into the arcade. And at the rear of the building overlooking the side street, the old signs for '4 Kitchens' are still up and lit,and this perhaps adds a bit of confusion. Also some people just like to be seen - as evidenced by a well populated 'Broadleys' just along the way directly overlooking the car park.Whatever the reason, if diners, whether visitors or residents, are just walking past I urge you to give it a try. It would be a shame if this excellent, independent restaurant fell by the wayside - Ilkely needs places like this.Thank you very much for your review and we appreciate your concern about Sachiâs. Sachiâs world cuisine cater for a broader part of community. It got some lovely authentic French recipes while lovely hand made pastas... while it creat some Asian flavours....Sachiâs is serving some authentic Indian recipes.... in one word you can find: quality and varieties under one roof.Someone loves food must visit Sachiâs at-least for once to enjoy a proper gourmet experience....Yes we are a bit concerned about the footfalls at Sachiâs...But we are very confident that Ilkley people will certainly come and try some proper food crafted by very talented chefs??!!We wish to see you again and againKind regardsSachi

Breakfast meeting for a group of us. Ordered the Eggs Royale, but told it was off because "they hadn't had a delivery of hollandaise sauce". Really - out of a bottle! Anyway, I then had the sourdough toast and mushrooms, which was good. Service slow, but only one staff member serving at start of breakfast time before being joined by another as we were finishing.Good afternoonThank you for your review. I think there may have been a misunderstanding - we make all our hollandaise in house so it was perhaps the salmon we were waiting for the delivery of. It is difficult at breakfast to get the timings of staff in right as trade changes daily with no rhyme or reason so I do apologise your service was effected on this occasion. As a family party of 6 we came here on a Saturday night and were given a lovely table in the window. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and were smiley and helpful throughout the night, replacing bottles and topping up drinks attentively. The food was excellent with fresh seafood from the specials board to start and for our mains having mostly ordered steaks they arrived cooked exactly as requested. The wine was also excellent and unable to squeeze in dessert and Tia-maria coffee finished off a great meal. Highly recommended and good value for money.
