I have eaten here several times and the customer service for me, as a foreigner, is very good.KFC is very popular in China for several reasons: it is considered a safe hygienic place to eat, it has it's own clean toilet, the furniture and wi-fi are good, the customer service is consistently good and importantly, the food is tasty.Like everywhere in the world a KFC restaurant is a formula. And in China they have adapted the formula for Chinese taste, So if you go into one anywhere in China you be sure that you know what you will get. That's both good and not so good but it is what it is.

Pizza Huts should be the same everywhere but unfortunately some are not. This one is a fine example of the chain with good service and cleanliness. As with most of their outlets in China, it's best to get there by 1700hrs or you are almost certain to be met by a queue for tables. The new addition of fajitas to the menu was very welcome. After a few hours shopping in the Walking Street this is an ideal place to wind down and fill up your tank.Only criticism: they had run out of Tsingtao so I had to pay more for Corona.
